I know I hit it, just barely. I have to limit how much I weigh myself so my signature isn't correct yet - it's a weight from two weeks ago and I've been restricting/fasting since them. BMI has to be about 24.8 right now - the highest possible normal. I'll weigh on Friday morning and hopefully see myself in the high 130's. Once in "normal", I'll be in the home stretch to get to the lowest of normal I can possibly get (hopefully no further, fingers crossed) and park at 18.5 BMI. We'll see how I feel when I get to my current UGW.

As of this morning I’m officially 20 lbs down so I feel like it’ll be a cakewalk. It’s those last 30 lbs that are gonna be killer

My college health class talked about this today! A healthy BMI is 18.5 - 24.9. Anything below is underweight and anything higher than 24.9 is overweight. My BMI is 24 and I'd like to get down to 19. I have 25 lbs to lose.
