My coworker turns to me and says, “you look different, but I don’t know why and just can’t put my finger on it. (Other coworker) agrees. We just can’t figure it out.” I’m wearing a new top (usually baggy is my go to) that shows my collarbones, arms, etc. He then asked me if I lost weight! First time it’s been acknowledged since my relapse. Made me full super shitty about the maintenance day I was having, and now I’m planning a workout + heavy restriction day tomorrow rip lol

I gained .1 pounds this morning (not too much, but gaining is gaining) after going to a sorority event and I want to lose at least three more pounds before Monday, so I have that♡ Also, lots of people at the event kept asking me to eat, and telling me I'm not fat and that just kind of made me feel like they were lying and plotting against me... So now I must lose more weight♡ What a strange thought process to have

I work in a Korean company and literally just looking at my co-workers is motivating enough. The heaviest one is probably only 50kg and there's two there that CAN'T be over 45kg. 

 

It's a great appetite suppressant.

I thought for sure that I would weigh less this morning, but I weighed almost a pound more???? Going to hard restrict today so the scale will definitely go down tomorrow.

I’m having lunch with my friend on Saturday and she’s naturally petite and so so teeny tiny and I always feel enormous next to her, and she eats whatever she wants too so it’s so unfair 😭 I know she’s gonna make me eat a lot so I need to heavily restrict today and tomorrow

I bought this pair of pants about 2 week ago, and they're much looser than when I bought them.

When I got them, I had already dropped some weight and they fit perfectly. Now they're loose.

It feels great and really pushed me to not eat anything today.

Knowing that I look better and feel better about myself when I'm losing weight. Wanting to be able to eat 1200 a day so badly because I've failed at it in the past.

Wearing a crop top in public for the first time today. Feeling like a badass bitch but I hate how I look sitting down in it. It has to look good for Monday though because my girlfriend requested I wear it.

The scale..my reflection. I allow myself 700 Cal's a day as I need to focus daily for work. So far I'm at about 320 so doing well.

Short version: my boyfriend's mad at me

Long version: We went out on a date and he just. Wouldn't let me talk. For about 2 hours. Like he just talked for 2 hours straight and I tried interrupting but he'd just ignore me. So eventually I got frustrated and said a bunch of mean shit instead of talking about what he was actually doing that bothered me, so he's mad that I handled being frustrated by being a dick. Which is, y'know, fair.

I stepped on the scale for the first time in easily months last night an saw i was 135. So, my new goal is to lose 50lbs by valentines day like losertown says i can if i stick to a calorie range of 500-600 calories/day.

I'm down to a new low weight! I'm only 1.4 pounds away from underweight. I also can't eat on campus which I am at all day today so that's wonderful motivation

going through my closet. D: i have a whole bin in there filled with lingerie and other, uh, 'extracurricular clothing items' that i feel too huge to wear at the moment. i've been working out more lately but today i went twice as long and have put off eating lunch so far. 

i'm so over feeling like i look gross all the time.
