Have you guys tried baby food and saw results? I bought baby mum mum rice rusks a long time ago but just tried them recently. What are your favourites?

To be honest hipp baby food I do love - but I am not sure if it's a safe food in terms of reducing your weight

I know of some Special Forces guys who integrate baby food in their diets. It's pretty nutritious, and if Operators use it, there's probably some reasons behind it.

I eat baby food every day. I eat the pouches with sweet potato usually mixed with something else cause sweet potato is so good for you. I have a pic of my favorite one on my acct.

I’m a big fan of the rice rusks. They save me from binging big time at only 15cals. I keep a sweet and savoury flavour to curb either cravings. I recently tried the banana which I enjoy. The garden vegetable is good too.

I’ve eaten baby food a few times, but usually I don’t really see the point. I find them super bland, I’d rather eat something that’s nutritious or at least tasty for the calories

I love the Ella’s kitchen frozen meals they’re all around 200 cals and satisfying and tasty! I also love the fruit purées in pretty much any combination. veggie straws, oat bars and risks are all pretty tasty too xxxx

I done baby food diet using the jars. In three weeks I lost roughly 10lbs no working out on top literally just reduced all good to the baby jars

I like the powdered banana flavoured baby foods that you add hot water to and make a strange porridge type thing. I have no idea what it's called though.

I used to really like plum baby food and it was my OMAD for a long time. In hindsight, I’d transfer it to another container for work. Ha ha ha. I got a lot of crap about it.

Mhm I usually don't trust baby food. It's made for babies to grow up. Not safe for me.

I'm on a diet right now where i only eat/drink what i can sip through a baby bottle.

• diet soda and vodka
• almond milk w/ sugar free drinking chocolate
• soups (watered down)

The perks are that its an entirely liquid diet, i can't really eat outside of the house and drinking through a baby bottle is a slow process so 'meals' last longer, tricking me into thinking I'm eating more.
