Im a 33f 116lbs and I stay between 800-1200 calories. Being a stay at home mom to a 3 year old+some issues from past low restriction has me marked around there. Still losing weight but I have very little time to exercise.

Anyone low restrict? Any side effects?

I feel at our age, we usually have to maintain a higher calorie intake to match our busy lives, or am I wrong?

I restrict so minimally if I wasn't losing slowly and obsessed with food no one would ever consider it an ED, so around 1500-1600.

It varies, but it's been 200- 670/700 for a while now I think, I try not to go above 800-900 on a very active day.

30F, 4'7" 100 lbs, no kids, mostly sedentary after my wreck.  200-300 daily is what I prefer, but will go up to 500-700 on "high" days.  1000+ puts me into a food coma...

No major side-effects for the most part, which still shocks me.  1/2 to 1 tbsp of sugar in a big mug of peppermint tea usually fixes any issues that I do have.

800-1200 but I exercised off a minimum 500 per day.
I have BED though so can go up a lot. I’ve not binged over 3000 in a day for a while though.

Like 500-1200 when I'm actively restricting. I try to stay under 1000 but 1200 is my limit, if I go over that I have to burn off the extra calories

Me too.

It always makes me feel as disconnected from the ED community as I do from the non-eating challenged.  I see people posting about water fasts, and eating 800 calories a day for weeks, or binging on 4000 calories, or being terrified of bread.  It's also a great way for the ED that I do actually seem to have to convince me nothing is wrong, and it definitely reinforces feeling the need to look thin to legitimize it.

Currently 800-1000 but I know I’ll get pissy with that and slash it lower.

5ft 8 and intake Between 0 and 500 at the mo! Frazzled though as my weight keeps creeping up. I was made to hit 100ibs and am not coping well with the extra weight so may need to rejig the calorie count!
