On workdays: around 1100. Days off: between 600-850.

Mine sucks because my food calorie intake is usually 200-600 calories and then my alcohol.. it ranges from 100-400 a day. I'm really trying to not drink as much. My total calorie intake with both tends to always be around 800. The idea is to keep it below 800 but my limit is 1000. Honestly if I could just stop the drinking I would lose so much faster and be at such a lower weight. I have no issue keeping my food at a low intake, its the alcohol.

 

After work and then coming home and doing laundry, dinner, any kid activities- I just want to have some drinks to relax. It sucks and I wish I didn't need it.

On weekdays, I have 300 cals max when I'm at work from 8am till 7pm, then B/P when I get home (binge would be around 2000-3000 calories, I don't bother counting cause what's the point). After purging, I have about 200- 300 calories which I keep down. Est. total would be less than 1000 (depending on how much I purge). I have been doing this for years, with some variation, and my BMI hovers in the high 15-low 17 range.

I restrict so minimally if I wasn't losing slowly and obsessed with food no one would ever consider it an ED, so around 1500-1600.


I'm eating the same amount but still managing to lose weight. Slow but I'm ok with that as long as I don't stop losing I'll keep it at this amount everyday.

I'm good with 900-1100.  If I know I'm going to do some major activity that day I might bump it a little higher because I hate feeling like I'm going to fall over.

The last couple of weeks it's been below 800, before that 3000+. No significant weight loss though. Might need to go lower as the loss is so slow.

Weekdays I try to stay between 500-800.
Weekends I let myself have a little more but try to not go over 1200.

About 800-1200. Lately about 900. I sometimes make myself eat more. High restricting is my goal so I don’t get sick but often feel like low restricting. Won’t let myself.

500 or less every day, except 1000 or less on my weekend. I've finally found a completely sustainable way to restrict & I'll probably eat like this forever.

No kids, but I do a lot workouts at home. A wall sit challenge or even stretching burns kcals. 

 

Side Effects to restricting: Attitude and Fatigue but I am at the gym all the time.

i am turning 30 this year

and have decided to stop counting calories

 

focusing on my marathon running and eating healthy for my age.

its really tiring to count every calories, ive done this all my life, i am giving myself a break.

lol

 

but even if i am not counting, i know already the calories of what i am eating , so between 1000-2000

Around 1000 calories/day and I feel fine around there. Some days slightly lower or higher (but you can bet I try to compensate for the higher days!). I low restrict once a week-ish and I practise OMAD so I fast 23hrs/day. It took a week or so to get used to it but my hunger went way down pretty soon and I'm very comfortable fasting daily for years now. Low restriction for days just doesn't work for me anymore and extended fasts don't either. My body protests more to things like that now so I just high restrict and lose slower to be able to feel ok and function properly.

600-1200 depending on what I am doing, my job is physical af and I avg 18,000 steps a day.
