My limit for what I can digest is 1000, and honestly I'm barely functioning. I've only lost 15 lbs so far this relapse and already my op tx team is threatening inpatient. I usually probably digest around 700-800, depending on how long after eating I can keep myself out of the bathroom.
I don't know how some of you in your 30's are still able to low restrict... my body is done with this shit apparently.

Varies a lot. I might be fasting ( 0 cals ), I might be binging +3000 cals or eating moderately 1000-1400cals. Mostly fasting these days lol.

Yes, I have somewhat of an active job and I also try and workout most days to get more of a deficit— especially since I’m really short (barely 5’0)

I have to eat between 800-1000 a day since i have a son as well and need to be able to keep up with him; I miss the discipline of my younger self but I also had a lot of appetite suppressing meds back then I was put on and I have to keep reminding myself of that.

I restrict to 800. I've decided that's perfectly acceptable because there's two commercial diets that use this number.. so I can tell myself I'm being normal and healthy!
I usually stick to it, and I lose when I do. But I do binge sometimes.. especially if I make something and it can only be made in a bigger portion, I will eat all of it and hate myself for it. Pizza is the worst for this.

My cronometer account would say 1500, but I always eat ahead into the next days. I'm lying to my own eating log. What the hell is wrong with me. I've gained so much since my ideal weight
I feel...pretty gross honestly.
