Averaging 800/day right now, burning off 400-600 through exercise. I was eating 1400-1700 and gaining on that. I know my body is fucked up at this point.

800-1200. Keeps me from bingeing. Plus I workout a lot. I also throw in a low cal and a high cal day here and there.

Under 300 on a good day and over 500 on a bad day.
When i get into the thousands+ thats when i know ive had a seriously rough day

Story # 1, "BREAKUP": I broke up

 Story #2, "Memory": I remembered.

      Story #3, "The Comeback": I came back.

And so on...

If I'm not working out, I have to keep it below 1300 or I'll gain.  Anything under that, I just maintain.  I don't lose weight anymore.  If I'm workout 5x a week, I can eat 1500 and not gain anything.

30 f, in the middle of self recovery (though I've maintained a healthy weight for a few years now)

 

I eat anywhere from 1500 (on the low end) to 2300 (I do indulge and also eat more on days I'm more active) Quite a range but I like that because it feels free!

600-1000 too. Typically I walk 15-22k steps.

29F 5ft4 right now I am 6 months pregnant with baby number 2 ( I try hard not to count my calories, but I try to not go over 1600). I do light exercise atm because I am high risk pregnancy. In my normal day to day my limit is between 600-800 and I try to walk and go.to the gym 3-4x a week. After this baby the goal is to get under 120 again.
  • Current Diet: Restrictive to under 900

1400 is what I shoot for, with one day a week as a high-cal day to keep my metabolism up. If I go lower I can't focus on driving, work, school, or baby care.

I used to low restrict back in the day but that led to major binging. I think i need to try on the high restrict side soon. I've been binging more from stress and I just want to be over that and back to a better weight 😞

I'm bad because I haven't tracked. Mainly because I pretend to eat but my son eats most of my food. I only drink coffee with cream for breakfast and lunch and then dinner is the only time we sit as a family and that's when I eat a few bites. I would say i'm around 500 calories most days. Some days I have a really hard time and end up stress eating and get about 1k in that's been my life for the past year. Lost 82 pounds but I want to start tracking because I have a lot of stalls.


You can look in the mirror everyday wishing you had a better body, OR you can do something about it! It's not going to be easy but it WILL be worth it! Always remember nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
