I started out averaging 800 for the first three months. I would say the last two weeks has been closer to 1000 averaged.

I just looked up some stats amd if I eat 1400 I will get to my goal weight in 10 months. That is the maintenance amount for my goal weight. So I figure 1400 max is best. My max has always been 1200 but I tended to stay well under that. I'll probably keep it there so my cheat days are still within my real maximum.

I'm a stay at home homeschooling mom of multiple kids. I try to make sure I am feeling okay for their sake.

Restriction Levels:

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
