I made beef stew today with mushrooms and a bunch of leftover braised cabbage. Not bad but not like mom's...needed carbs. Normally I like to make a poke bowl with salmon sashimi, toasted kale, avocado and wasabi mayo.

Good luck x

I had roasted carrots with chick peas and fresh mint leaves and coriander. A little avocado on top- lunch . Very filling.

breakfast was buckwheat groats, blueberries and plant milk.
I have some mashed potato to use. I might pan fry it with red cabbage for dinner.

So far I've had yogurt with berries for breakfast and a Slimfast shake for lunch. Dinner will be lentil soup with half a peanutbutter sandwich. Maybe a small piece of dark chocolate.

I've been on a liquid fast so I'm doing protein shakes and veggie/fruit juices.  I hit 800 calories for 2 days and then broke it.  I'm back on liquids today with Thanksgiving tomorrow!

Soooo...I currently eat a lot more than everyone here.  But you can pick from/adjust my meals if they look appetizing:

3 large eggs, 2 higher protein waffles and 80g berries (approximately 310 total calories w/ 26g protein)

150g Grilled chicken and a package of frozen red potatoes with green beans with light rosemary butter sauce (400 calories w/ 46g protein)

227 5% Greek yogurt, large banana, 28g sliced almonds (510 calories w/ 26g protein)

100g 80/20 Ground beef, package of higher protein noodles, sliced red bell pepper (552 calories w/ 42g protein)

Ghost Chips Ahoy protein powder (sooooo good!) and 3 large marshmallows (210 calories w/ 25g protein)

I'm BED, if not binging I'm overeating, which is what has happened today. I can't post what, that would horrify the diet-conscious ladies in this corner of MPA  :D

I dont have my lose it app on this phone but it was about 800 calories, which I am excited to say left me with a 1000 calorie deficit with the cardio from today. I am at about a 5000 calorie deficit for the week so far. I need to cut 2000 more by Saturday to hit my 7000 deficit goal. I wanna make my goal weight of 115 by April.

A nut bar and a glass of unsweetened almond milk.

For dinner, I plan on having half a veggie sausage with a rice and black bean filling I made for stuffed squash. I also might eat some raw spinach, maybe a cup or so.

I haven't eaten anything yet, but my plan for today is a salad with vinegar and maybe a cup or two of veggie broth. And a glass of almond milk.
