Three fried eggs over soft with roasted cubbed squash. Greek yogurt mixed with flax and pb2. Mini binge of two large danishes from the break room. Dinner: three fried eggs, roasted squash, an entire meat loaf, cashew patte. Wow ... proud of myself for not purging but wondering how much tossing and turning I will do tonight. My stomach thinks I am a masochist.

Current weight: 123-126

Height: 5'6"

Ortho athlete

40+

Goal: nutritious eating without purging + to get back to my lean weight of 115 lbs

Three fruit and grain bars, some toast with nutella.

One is too many and 1000 is never enough.

Lighting new cigarettes,
Pouring more drinks.
It has been a beautiful fight.

Two chicken breasts, cashew patte, cup of almonds with balsamic, Chinese broccoli with teriyaki, three chicken legs.

Current weight: 123-126

2 wheetabix squares
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
100 calorie microwave popcorn
I 16 Oz sugar free lemonade flavor sparkling water
1 glucerna supplement
Not sure about dinner, but probably a a “light” frozen dinner, like the microwave kind

Yesterday's Super Bowl party was a bust for me. Couldn't track if I wanted to do to homemade pot luck items.

 

Today I plan to have:

Coffee - 100

Salad - 25

Chicken - 70

Fajita Veggies - 50

 

Total planned - 245

 

I will edit this post tonight with actual numbers.

So far I've had black coffee, half a grapefruit and a vegan sausage-type McMuffin. That will serve as both breakfast and lunch.

I plan to have a salad tonight with a little scoop of the sesame-ginger tofu stir-fry I made yesterday.

The last two days I have been on a frittata kick. I made two total, both with lots of veggies, chicken, kobocha squash, topped with goat cheese. Geez is that good. Ate with plain teff pasta.

Leftover vegan kung pao chik'n and a bit of rice

Two Arnold Palmer cocktails. I was supposed to go see Opeth in concert tonight, but when I got to the venue, there was a notice that the show had been canceled due to the singer getting laryngitis. :(. Drove an hour for squat, so I'm having cocktails that I would have had at the show, haha.

Due to new (doubling) of medication dosage, I don't feel good so I had a few cashews today...that is it. 

Yesterday hardly anything at all.

Same here. Granola and milk for breakfast, dahl soup with veg and 150 gr of rice (dry weight), a family pack of tortilla chips (180gr), a family pack of crisps (150 gr), currently working my way into a 200gr packet of peanuts. No end in sight. BED is a hell of an ED  :(
