I do intermittent fasting...so at 430 I will do steamed broccoli and half a serving of fat free shredded cheese before I have to leave and go to my second job. 

I have lost xx lbs since last Monday 3.2... and x the week before that just from IF.

I try to wait as late as I can each day to eat because I know once I start I will want to eat more. I drink lots of water before I eat then eat...continue to drink water.

A bowl of potato bacon soup, garlic toast, a couple of chocolate chip cookies. Three vodka sodas. I am stuffed and tired.

Earlier I had an 80 calorie yogurt, then a small amount of turkey, a few Werthers hard candy, a P3 ham and turkey pack, and 1/2 pbj. thats it..

Today is my one day a week of going all out.  I had mac and cheese, 2 bowls cereal/milk, 1/2 peanut butter/jelly sandwich, and something else that I honestly forget.  Still going to eat something else- maybe a root beer float??    Been sick all day, so comfort foods rock!    Most days is between 300-500 calories.  Once a week I up it to unlimited, and another day a week I go in at around 1200 cal.  Steadily losing with this, and keeps me feeling well overall.

Coffee, green tea, multi-grain bread slice, a hard-boiled egg.
That's it no more hummus. (The next day has more, lolz.)

This is my biggest problem. Once I start eating I can't stop. I find it very difficult to wait until later in the day though. I have to find a way.

breakfast 2 x coffee with almond milk
lunch 1 x Kiwi
dinner: steamed zucchini and cauliflower with low cal sweet and sour sauce and a slice of pineapple
snack: 1 x rice cake, 1 x sugar free hot chocolate
CW: 135 lb
UGW: 90 lb
HW: 198 lb
LW: 102 lb

Today I had breakfast: a homemade protein bar and black coffee 117 calories

Lunch: a low carb tortilla wrap stuffed with spinach, cucumber, mushroom, pickle, tomato, onion with 3 turkey pepperoni and 1.5 oz chicken breast with Walden farms 0 calorie honey mustard dressing 155 calories

Dinner: a cup of zucchini noodles, 1/2 oz spaghetti pasta, 1 carrot noodled with 1/4 cup pasta sauce and 1.5 oz lean ground beef for 173 calories

For a total of 445 calories. I felt like it was kind of a lot of calories today so I did a little exercise for 150 extra calories burned.

260cal vegetable curry (v scary but need to get it out of
the house)

So far I’ve had coffee and a premier protein shake. I’m back on liquids and side foods as I really want to get to 150 before the end of February.

Chopped up, seasoned, raw veggies and an avocado. I also only eat one meal a day. I drink coffee at other times.
