Wow I'm so impressed! I did the math and that's averaging 9.5lbs a month!?
I'm looking for similar results but I'm only a month an a half in so this is very inspiring for me ♡
How much exercise would you say you did?

A lot, definitely daily, and frequent compensation for eating or skip days

Your results are AMAZING. I have a few questions:

 

Do you remember how much you lost your first month?

 

Do you think being vegan contributed to losing it in 10 months?

 

What made you choose 1400 and not a higher/lower number?

 

And how did you avoid loose skin?

 

I have about this much to lose, if I did this without vegan do you think I'd lose at the same rate?

These are amazing, stunning results! You look beautiful, and it’s so encouraging and inspiring and you are modeling a healthier way to achieve reality! Although at your height and activity level, 1400/day is quite low.
