 Hi everyone!
I will be starting the ABC diet tomorrow.
Tomorrow is Thursday so i will be starting on Week 1 Thursday.
After Week 8 Monday, I will do Week 1 Monday to Wednesday.

Calculations

 

So I did the math.
I added up all the calories i would be consuming during the ABC diet and it equals a total of 12,500.
Which split into 50 days averages out to 250 cals per day.
According to losertown that means that at the end of the diet i will have lost 10.65kg.

So I went to the Doctor yesterday and my blood pressure is badly high...

but i have managed to fit into a pair of shorts and a jacket that i had previously grown out of.

This means that i'll be fasting 2 days in a row, which sucks. But that's good cause i need the punishment.

This would be easy if life didn't get in the way.
I have to have dinner out at a restaurant on Thursday, which is a 150 cal day. 
Instead of definitely going over the cal limit, I'm going to switch Thursdays cals with Tuesdays cals. So i have 500 cals to spend.
I have of course already decided what i'm going to eat.

I've decided that if i complete this diet successfully without going over my cal budget even once,

then i'm going to allow myself a 1500cal binge day.

Here is my fantasy:
- A Pint of Chocolate Halo Top + 30g Sprinkles (240 + 114)
- Noodle Box: 1 Dim Sims + 1 Spring Roll (145+260)

- Beef Ravioli (2 cup) + Carbonara Sauce (1/4 jar) (602+124)
= 1485

How would you reward yourself?

Today is my day 1.....I usually prefer to eat all of my calories allotted for the non fasting days in one meal and simply have water or black coffee the rest of the day, I’ve found that spreading them out leads to slip ups for me personally. I never list water in my daily’s either but I try to get 5-7 glasses a day.

Day 1/Monday cal goal: 500
Foods:
4.5oz grilled shrimp-309cal
8oz black coffee, with cream-35cal
Sprite Zero-nothing
2 boiled eggs- 140cal
Total: 484 cals

No gym today, I never go to the gym until 3-4 days pass and the dizzy feelings calm down. Will post weights tomorrow and daily to compare!

Great work! 
It's interesting to hear that you have all the cals in one meal. I'm the opposite, I don't do well with long periods of time without food so I spread out the cals so i can have a small snack when my hunger gets really bad. I also usually ride my exercise bike for 1-2 hrs but i haven't had the energy for it lately. I can't wait to see your stats!
