Okay, made a few boo-boos but let's move on. I won't give up until I get to 86 lbs and a few set backs won't get in my way.  :D

Thursday November 14, 2019 200 calorie day!

 

Not in the right mindset to diet I feel like I have no willpower at all. My weight is back to 105 this morning and it’s probably just food/water weight but still feeling pretty awful about it. Today I will fast and tomorrow I will eat 400.

I lied again, I ate a burger.

 

Food Eaten

 

Diet Root Beer and Diet Coke - 10 calories
Burger - 240 calories
Peppers and mushrooms - 70 calories

 

Total: 320 calories

I need to go on a real hiatus now it’s not even 9 AM and I messed up already. ☺️

I will come back on Monday and be more prepared to lose weight.

Don't take it too hard if something is not working. It is the general direction that counts. A few steps back mean nothing in the long run.

ty for the advice, you're right i should probably change something up because this clearly isn't working for me even if its just a small change. ill look into it in the next few days while im on hiatus and hopefully come back with a more sustainable plan and a better mindset

Tuesday November 19, 2019 200 calorie day!

 

I'm back a day late but (yes another excuse) my dad just got home for after 3 weeks so I wanted to eat normally with him. Anyhow, I went to school from 8-3 then worked from 4-11 so I didn't really have any time to eat so I just ate as fast as I could and now it's 12 AM but I'm ready to skinny again. I didn't have time to measure either but I just ate mushrooms, peppers and lettuce so it can't be that much.

Ordered food online. Turns out the portions were a lot bigger than I expected so I definitely ate a lot more than I expected. I'm going on vacation to Hawaii in December so I need to get skinny before then so I'll start exercising and logging it here as well. It's 7 right now so I'll just stop eating and hope my body can burn it off quickly.

Counting calories is so hard especially when you eat out so now I can only estimate. :(

Hi! So sorry 😔 I did the diet for 2 days after I stopped posting and ate around 3000 calories each day after that. Now I’m back and I want to start simple and have my goal is to do this diet for 2 weeks — so until the 15th. I’ll also be exercising and will log any physical changes I notice.

Feeling more confident today! I just came back from work and I haven't counted my calories so I will try my best to remember what I ate.

Also, my co-worker made me a burger for me and it was really good although it wasn't very burger-y because it didn't have any meat or a bun.

Cookie - 50 calories
Burger  - 20 calories
Mushroom salad - 80 calories 
Orange - 90 calories
Ham - 150 calories
Mushroom - 25 calories

Total: 435 calories

Thursday December 5, 2019 900 calorie day!

 

Helloooo!! I ate a bit more than what I logged yesterday but I have no idea how much but 900-1000 max, I had some chicken and ham but the chicken may have had some oil on it but I have no idea. Anyhow, I totally forgot to mention that I upped the max intake by 100 each so instead of 2468 I’ll be doing 3579 although it kind of bothers me that I’m not doing it “properly”. Also, I won’t weigh myself until at least 2 weeks because it’s clearly interfering with my dieting or maybe I just won’t weigh myself at all until I’m ready. I might switch back to 2468 for the next cycle and go back to 3579 the next just to see how that works out for me.

Good morning!! I just decided that I will be dieting until the 18th and will weigh myself on the 19th because a close family member is coming home and she’s already suspicious of me so I will have to be careful. She will leave early January and come back in March so I will have to lose as much as I can then and with the time I have now.

Messed up! I didn't have a plan for today so that was probably why. Tomorrow I will have 600 and on Sunday I will have 800. (Just making a plan so I don't do this again)

ok girls i MEssEd up again but noooo worries we continue tomorrow. working in fast food is really messing this up for me. they keep offering me free food and like honestly its soooo hard to resist. but its ok tomorrow i got this i got this i got this yes yes yes i will do a fast and a 30 minute leg workout for that ThYgAp :D

Nevermind, I'm not fasting! How indecisive can I be?? Let's just hope I don't overeat today even though I probably will. 

Okay, I was right i did overeat nice. im still motivated though so no woooorrries. tmr i restart the cycle at 2. ^.^ and a lot of my dieting stuff is arriving soon so now i can bring my food scale everywhere i go.

ok so like why do i eat even when im full... like i can literally feel my stomach abt to explode but still want to eat everything i can see just because i can..

Gooooood morninggggg!!! So toooodayy is diet day and I’m feeling pretty confident. I’ve been looking at a lot of short people thinspo and there are people who are my height and weight or more but they look skinnier so like what’s the deal?? I look like I’m around 150 lbs but I’m not, especially my legs and my stomach.

Mood and Hunger

Wow, these are back! I stopped doing them because.. I was lazy.. that's my only excuse. :') Anyhow, I honestly miss when I would wake up super dizzy and barely able to function, it made me feel like I was losing weight or just malnourished. My package full of shirataki noodles and fiber one bars are coming tomorrow and I can't wait! So yeah, I'm in a pretty good mood right now but I HAVE WORK TOMORROW noooo. Am I going to be able to survive without eating. 

Weighing myself in 10 days, please be 99 lbs. I don't know what I'm going to do if I'm not double digits yet, but then after the break I'll be back to what I was then all my hard work would've been for nothing. Omg what do I do help me.

Tuesday December 10, 2019 400 calorie day!

Good morning again. I’m so tired and not from malnutrition but it’s from not sleeping because I couldn’t fall asleep. This wasn’t what I asked for. :(

Also, while counting calories I like to overestimate or round up on the packaging to a comfortable number if I can. For example, if it says 90 calories I’ll just say 100 sometimes because those sneaky companies lying about their calorie count.. diet sodas.

Mood and Hunger

Feeling good. Went to work and just drank diet drinks and ate a bag of candy. Not excited to weigh myself, I have to be double digits what am I going to do if I'm not back to double digits. I haven't seen double digits in almost 12 months now. 

Mood: 6/10
Hunger: 1/10
Fatigue: 1/10

Wednesday December 11, 2019 600 calorie day!

600 calorie day and I have school from 9:00AM to 3:00PM then work from 3:45PM to 11:30PM that’s almost 8 hours of work so a total of 14 hours followed by 1 hour preparing in the morning and the one hour between going to work preparing so 16 hours busy which leaves me 8 hours of free time not including sleep!!

Mood and Hunger

Just finished work, it's 12:04 AM right now and I'm just eating rice cakes with ketchup. My back is so sore from standing up for 8 hours, I hope I burned a lot of calories from it though. I'm heading to bed right after I finish logging my mood and to summarize, I felt pretty average except I got really hungry from 12 PM to 3 PM (which is when I ate).

Mood: 5/10
Hunger: 4/10
Fatigue: 2/10

Fiber bar - 200 calories

Thursday December 12, 2019 800 calorie day!

I just ate breakfast cause it was an 800 calorie day and I would prefer not to suffer the entire afternoon but now I’m at class and I realized that I wanted to eat pizza. I might go a little bit over my max calorie intake today because I’m going to eat the whole thing. If I thought of it before I wouldn’t have eaten those extra 50 calories that I didn’t even need. Probably stupid idea and I’ll regret it after u eat it but whatever I’ll just go to sleep after and I should still be around the 800 calorie mark if I don’t do other stupid things.  

Never mind, I ate too much. No pizza anymore. :(

Mood and Hunger

Splashed paint on myself today so I went home from school early and basically ate everything I could, it's 2:00 and I've had 245 calories. Not feeling good about this... I'm going to come home from work and end up with 3000 calories again aren't I???

10:18 and I'm still under my limit today. I had so many cravings too!!? I'm so surprised that I managed to survive 4 hours of work only eating 140 calories of candy. Feeling pretty good about that and gonna head to bed now because I don't want to eat more then feel bad about it. :')
