Oh no, I hope you will feel better soon! :( Maybe either try to rest as much as possible or have a "boost" day? And especially load up with healthy carbs if that is something you have found works for you! I know when I have a carb filled day I have soooo much energy for many many days. Stay safe!! ♡

i still havent lose some of the leftover water weight but im trying not to worry about it rn, im probably gonna do as jisu said and try to eat some healthy carbs and give myself some slack since im feeling sick

8:26 pm: you know what... imfucking mad /&:$-&:$/$- i can tell my mom is trying to outdo me, she wont stop bragging about how little shes eating and now im not going past 110 until i see her eat an ENTIRE plate full of food this ed is the only thing im competitive about.

so ive had covid since last tuesday, confirmed positive on friday... i havent been weighing myself or thinking too much about food but i weighed myself on like thursday and i had dropped 5 LBS... so thats good LOL, right now my lungs are suffering the most but i think ill be fine, wont be updating with 4648 til im better

okay yall yo yo yo whats good so the covid is basically gone, i just have a little cough, i havent been to work in almost three weeks (YASSS werk best part teehee LOL) and now that my body is feeling better im so ready to get back on track, ima start again tomorrow OFFICIALLY so i cant wait and yeah
