i’ve been so tired lately and i don’t feel like working out, i was planning on going 2 the gym today but didn’t LMAO i might go tomorrow. bye for now!

400 cal limit day!

intake:

1 poptart: 190 cal 

1/4 chipotle bowl (salsa, lettuce, white rice, beans, steak, veggies) w/ 1/2 tortilla: 215 cal

1 coke "life": 90

total: 495 cal

 

i ran/walked 1.5 miles (3,674 steps) and burned about 200 calories.

 

495 - 200 = grand total = 295

 

i have a canker sore on my tongue and it feels like literal hellfire LMAO also y'all i think i need to start overestimating my calories. i've seen some people do it on here and it sounds like a good idea because apparently food companies are allowed to lie about the total # of calories in their products. idk all the specifics but i think they can lie by up to 20% if that makes sense? so like they could say that a granola bar is 100 calories but it's actually 120. crazy stuff. i sound like a 50 year old ANYWAYS lol i will make sure to update tomorrow with a weigh in, deuces :-)

OMG minor update here but i’m defo planning an egg mono soon, i have 3/4 of a chipotle bowl left that i can’t waste so after i finish that i’m going to do an egg diet for as long as i can, my goal is 1 whole week as long as things go as planned. i was looking online and i found this blog (eggdietgirl.blogspot.com) where she lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time so yeah i’m excited for that and i’ll update w/ results as soon as i start. also i’ll make sure to follow 4468 with the eggs

EDIT: another little update, somebody irl commented about how i was getting smaller and it made my day, i literally feel like i look the same so it’s just nice to get some reassurance that i’m not putting all this effort in for no reason LOL

1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup beans: 200
tea: 70
total: 880

i went 80 over but i’m not even gonna bother exercising tonight because i restricted like 200 cals below the 600 goal and i’m too tired to go run i need to start choosing healthier foods instead of pop tarts and soda and shit so i don’t become nutrient-deprived. i still haven’t had a bm so i’m sipping on some tea and hopefully that’ll get things going, then i’ll weigh in

GIRL IKR OMFGOWNDOQMDOW I WAS SO MAD WHEN I FOUND ABOUT IT LIKE I SAW THIS THING A WHILE AGO (i might have some of the details wrong) WHERE THIS GIRL WAS ON A DIET AND SHE CONSUMED AN ENTIRE BOTTLE OF THAT I CANT BELIEVE ITS NOT BUTTER 0 CALORIE SPRAY EVERY DAY AND SHE GAINED WEIGHT BECAUSE SHE THOUGJT THE ENTIRE BOTTLE WAS 0 CALORIES WHEN IN REALITY IT WAS ONE THOUSANDDDDD CALORIES, 1,000!! OMFNGOWJDOEKDOE I CANT BELIEVE COMPANIES CAN GET AWAY W/ MARKETING THINGS AS 0 CAL

bruh i’m so excited to start this up again, i feel like i got ran over by a 16 wheeler after this thanksgiving break, i didn’t watch my calories whatsoever but i’m really motivated so i’m gonna start the 4468 tomorrow on monday

i feel like i’m defeating the purpose of the diet by not meeting the 600 lim or at least getting close but i just hardly wanted to eat today. tomorrow im def gonna increase intake for 800 cal day because i don’t want my metabolism to fuck it up and make me hit another plateau LOL

my phone died so i couldn't do a friday update, here it is lol

went 50 over

last night marked two days of fast food in a row which made me feel so nauseous LMAO so today i'm gonna keep it simple and finish off the blueberries in my fridge and just try to eat lightly. also y'all are so sweet i love you guys!

unrelated to 4468 but i’m trying to learn how to sing LOL, if any of y’all are interesting in learning too, i found a lot of good tips online that have helped me a lot: massage your jaw to loosen it up, pretend there’s a rubber band around your lower stomach (that’s where you’re supposed to breath from apparently? idk i’m still doing more research but i just thought it was interesting) and drink hot tea to warm up your vocal chords

okay so i’ve been doing this diet for almost 3 weeks so tomorrow i’m gonna weigh myself and do a comparison of my starting weight vs. my current weight to see how much i’ve lost doing 4468, excited! bye for now
