almost 3 weeks ago SW: 143.8
almost 3 weeks later CW: 140.6
lbs lost: 3.2

3.2 lbs in just about 3 weeks... i’m not even gonna lie i’m a LITTLE bit disappointed HOWEVER. i know the pounds aren’t just gonna evaporate like water. plus i’m so close to 139 that it’s fine, and the third week isn’t even over yet and i’m expecting a whoosh. during thanksgiving break, i didn’t restrict as low, i was more in the 1,000 cal a day area. so i think that week in between kind of slowed things down. so yeah i’ll wait for the official last day of the third week, then i’ll make my final verdict so that anyone wondering if they should try this diet or not can have accurate information to make their decision with. i might stop 4468 after the third week ends, i’m not sure. it’s a tricky one oh and i NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER. i’m out here getting sad over my results meanwhile i drink like a droplet of water everyday LMAO i’m gonna strive for 2 litres, i think that will help

one away from 600 lol! today was a really good day, i had a lot of low calorie foods in my fridge so i was able to eat higher quantities w/o high calories. haven’t eaten this much in a while, maybe this will kickstart that whoosh?

it’s the last week of the semester and i’m so stressed over schoolwork, i’m glad today was a 800 cal day LOL cause i NEEDED that hot cocoa

tmi but i haven’t even SHIT yet LMAO and i’m at 140.0 today! i’m so happy i haven’t been in the 130s in so long and i’m so close, honestly i give this diet an A+ because the days go by so fast and honestly i’m liking the results, anyways today is a 400 cal day so i’ll update later with my intake, bye :-)

i’m gonna cry i was getting an Activia from the fridge and while i was snapping off one of the yogurt containers, TWO came off and they both got like crushed? it’s hard to explain but anyways my mom saw and she was like “just eat both of them!” and i was like about to cry because i only wanted ONE (90 cal) and two is 180 and i was like shaking with anger inside LMAO but she was like pressuring me, and she’s already suspicious about my eating habits so i was like there’s literally no getting out of this... i guess i’m gonna have to eat 2 YOGURTS and ugh i feel so nauseous right now, and i’m still like about to cry because i hate being bullied into eating, i’m no good at standing my ground and i don’t want anyone knowing about what i’m going thru so i just give in everytime to save face.. im just so sad what a waste of today’s calories & i don’t even like yogurt that much sigh

The same has happened to me before with Activia yoghurt that comes attached in the 6pk . I do not eat yoghurt often, but when I do I buy triple zero strawberry by Dannon they never have that issue..

thank you so much and ikr that Activia plastic is too damn cheap LMAO it’s like what was even the point of making the yogurt things attachable anyways? they hardly snap off right!

and those look really good, i think i’ll ask my mom to check them out at the store, thanks for the rec!

EDIT; also i think asking her for more food from the store will help too cause she’ll be happy i’m expanding my food choices lol!

today was wild. my brain woke itself up at 3:30ish in the morning and then the whole yogurt thing happened, and then to top it all off.. at dinner my mom said “your stomach must be a lot smaller, you don’t eat as much” I WAS SO SCARED then she was like “i hope you’re getting enough calories” and to make matters worse, one of our cats was begging at the table for food and she jokingly said “wow, she’s STARVING” and she REALLY emphasized the word starving and idk if i’m just being paranoid but it literally just sounded like she was aiming that comment towards me and i just felt so cornered and so i (this is a run on sentence lol) waited like a minute then got up, went to the fridge and snapped open a coca-cola as loud and obviously as i could without being too obvious (like i didn’t want to look like i was just putting on a show to prove i wasn’t starving) IDK BUT ALL I KNOW IS I BOOKED IT AFTER THAT!! now i’m sitting in my room trying to think of how i’m going to handle this situation further. she was concerned months ago and she’s even more concerned now

Hi, I really admire you for your perseverance, I would love to join you in your diet. I'll try my best, though I'm struggling with BED and I don't usually manage to follow such strict programs for more than 1 week without binging... Maybe this is the time I finally crush my limits

I was thinking of alternating the 400 kcal days like 400 | 600 | 400 | 800 cause my brain seems to find it more acceptable. I really do not want to binge!
So, today I had lunch at restaurant and started with a 600 day, couldn't do any better with people around.

 

600 kcal day

 

Breakfast: espresso macchiato + 3 sugar free biscuits (103)
Lunch: spaghetti with seafood (426)
Snacks: sugar free tea, mint candy (24)

Dinner: vegetable soup (52)

 

total: 605

 

Also, are you weighting yourself every day? I would love to be where you are right now, you're doing such a great job
