I was thinking of alternating the 400 kcal days like 400 | 600 | 400 | 800 cause my brain seems to find it more acceptable. I really do not want to binge!
So, today I had lunch at restaurant and started with a 600 day, couldn't do any better with people around.
600 kcal day
Breakfast: espresso macchiato + 3 sugar free biscuits (103)
Lunch: spaghetti with seafood (426)
Snacks: sugar free tea, mint candy (24)
Dinner: vegetable soup (52)
Also, are you weighting yourself every day? I would love to be where you are right now, you're doing such a great job
and OMG that’s actually so smart, i never even thought of that ~ i think i’m gonna change mine to 4648 too, i feel like that’ll make it a lot easier, i always hated having to deal with TWO 400 days in a row LOL thank you so much for the idea you’re a genius! and i do weigh myself every day in the morning, a lot of people say you should only weigh yourself once a week but i can’t help it and this diet honestly works really well, one interesting thing is i found its kept my metabolism working pretty well because it switches things up instead of doing like, the same amount of calories every day. i hope it works for you too!
