I was thinking of alternating the 400 kcal days like 400 | 600 | 400 | 800 cause my brain seems to find it more acceptable. I really do not want to binge!
So, today I had lunch at restaurant and started with a 600 day, couldn't do any better with people around.

600 kcal day

Breakfast: espresso macchiato + 3 sugar free biscuits (103)
Lunch: spaghetti with seafood (426)
Snacks: sugar free tea, mint candy (24)
Dinner: vegetable soup (52)

total: 605

Also, are you weighting yourself every day? I would love to be where you are right now, you're doing such a great job

and OMG that’s actually so smart, i never even thought of that ~ i think i’m gonna change mine to 4648 too, i feel like that’ll make it a lot easier, i always hated having to deal with TWO 400 days in a row LOL thank you so much for the idea you’re a genius! and i do weigh myself every day in the morning, a lot of people say you should only weigh yourself once a week but i can’t help it and this diet honestly works really well, one interesting thing is i found its kept my metabolism working pretty well because it switches things up instead of doing like, the same amount of calories every day. i hope it works for you too!

- french vanilla yogurt: 150
- waldorf chicken salad: 170
total: 390

okay guys @Becca96 had a genius idea and thought of doing it 4648 instead of 4468 and i’m gonna try it now cause it’ll mean no more two-days-in-a-row-of-400-cal-day LOL those are the worst looking forward to it HALLELUJAH

Breakfast: espresso macchiato + 2 sugar free biscuits (68)
Lunch: brussel sprouts, 1 cracker, 1 square of chocolate, espresso macchiato (208)
Snacks: espresso macchiato, 2 mint candies (48)

Dinner: 2 yoghurt biscuits (146)

 

total: 480

I walked 7 km in the afternoon and I feel kind of dizzy, I'm honestly soo happy my Monday's over. 
Plus I drank a lot of coffee, maybe I should slow down a bit

so today’s the first day of the new 4648 routine, LOVING it already. it’s easier this way. also you’re doing amazing @Becca96 so happy to have a buddy on this diet with me!

ive been eating 2000-3000 calories for the last few days and feel pretty awful but I can’t wait to join back once my sister leaves

snack: rice cake with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (95)
dinner: broccoli soup, lean ham (146)

If I can stick to this for a while I could consider making my own accountability, but for now I don't feel that self confident  :wacko: 
I'm so happy to share this with you @hoseok world cause you're super motivated and diligent with calories, plus you always eat healthy!
I feel like I have a lot to learn from you

Question: How do you manage exercise? Cause most of the time I have to walk 7-10 km a day and I feel like I could add half of the burned calories to my daily intake, but I'm afraid it would slow down the loss! Just wanted to hear from someone who's been doing this for a while now

you’re so sweet girl omg i’m glad i can be of some service! and that’s completely fine, feel free to post here as much as you like! as far as exercise goes, i was run/walking off about 200 calories everyday at night but i’ve had so much schoolwork to do recently in the past few weeks that i haven’t gotten back on track yet. i plan on run/walking again once this semester ends. let’s say i was in your shoes and i burned 200 calories on a 400 calorie day, i would definitely feel comfortable allowing myself to use those 200 calories to eat if that makes sense. like if i ate 400 calories already that day, but then went out and burnt 200, i’d eat 200 more if i felt hungry. i used to do this back when i was exercising everyday and it didn’t slow down my weight loss at all, but that’s just my experience. i hope this helps, keep on keeping on!
