okay I'm planning this one in advance, I want to try planning out my food so I have "no choice" but to follow through, I don't have my fridge memorized tho and my mom would be sus if I just stood there scanning it LOL so I know for certain we have cucumbers so I'll plan that, then when I wake up early in the morning when no ones awake ill take note of all the good items in the fridge so I can plan the next day and the next etc etc okay werk I'll be back 2moro

i literally can not eat food rn so i havent even bothered updating, all i want to eat are my vitamins in the morning, i tried eating chicken with chili sauce and i just couldnt do it so i guess my taste buds are doing the work for me rn LMFAO we’ll see how long this lasts then ill get back to purposeful counting

- yoplait yogurt: 100
- plain ass chicken: 200
total: 350


i love quickly brushing my teeth after eating because then i cant eat or else itll taste like battery acid LMFAO

i had the pizza rolls and i was thinking of eating like a little bit of fruit since i still had 400 cals left and i was like complaining like “wheres all the good foooood” and then my mom started to say “oh werent the pizza rolls enough” SO NEVERMIND i literally needed that because every time i eat pizza rolls i lose control so why do i keep eating them? good question

DUDE FR IM SO GLAD YOU AGREE, I remember being in middle school when it came out and fortunately, popularity wise, it did make it onto the radio, but I still feel like it didn't get the praise it deserved, like she really outdid herself in that song and it would be great if she made another "ballad" like that again cause like girl... that song is one in a million

update: so i haven't been eating and the past two days I've had diarrhea and vomiting (this is so gross LMFAO but the diarrhea was pain free so I aint complaining, I actually "enjoyed" it?? because it was so quick and everything I drank came out immediately) and today I tried eating again but the food just tasted DISGUSTING to me so once again I'm off the hook for a little bit until I start having an appetite again LOL until next time ~~

 

update 9:12 pm: (I literally waited a minute cause I felt disrespectful asf starting the update at THAT time LMFAO...)

havent eaten anything yet, just thinking about how boring my life is like i cant believe im not being the hero of my life rn... i complain so much but theres probably SO much i could be doing to make my future brighter but no i just sit around on my phone LMFAO... i want to live in a movie

3:19 pm update: bruh i was gonna go to the pool by myself (which i never do LOL) and i was like im gonna face my fears i got this and i walk downstairs and tell my mom and she immediately convinces me that it would be “dangerous” and “no one swims by themselves” so Nevermind! guess ill continue to stay in my room... like always... Haha
