Weigh myself every day

Drink a lot of tea & water

Walk/exercise for several hours every day

Do constant bodychecks

Omg so many. Eat ice. Weigh myself obsessively. Cry after I feel that I have eaten too much. Drink loads of tea and coffee. Keep a calorie journal. Do situps in my bed. Constant body checks and comparing. Legit everything lol.

Use the classic β€œI’m not hungry” and the β€œOh! I’m not feeling well.. sorry... I’ll have to pass on dinner..” A LOT LOT LOT. I’m pretty sure my family and friends have caught on by now...

Drink green tea and black coffee, toom dance but had to quit because my body couldnt do it anymore lmao, pull convincing lies out of my ass (at least I think they're convincing, I've never been called out)

I will get through this, because my passion burns brighter than the hell inside of me

down litres of black coffee with skinny syrup, live off rice cakes and porridge, have whole photo albums full of emaciated people, draw anorexia vent art I could never show anybody, weigh myself three times a day, always weigh my food/drinks, go to the loo like every 10 days... Honestly I'm just a walking stereotype these days

Many things actually! Drink Diet Coke or tea when hungry, only eat between 7am (I’m never awake that early ) and 7pm, weigh everyday now, take laxatives before measurement day, and whenever I’m bored I’ll just randomly grab fat on my body and sigh.

idk girl... im usually going to sleep late and by that i mean 4 am... green tea i drink around 10 pm maybe, i just think it speeds up my metabolism and eject the toxins from my body
