- weigh myself constantly and refuse to eat before i weigh myself
- "coffee is a meal uwu"
- body check every 2 seconds. it's almost second nature by now.
- smoke to suppress my appetite (ew)
- always trying to stay in movement to burn a few extra calories
- constantly looking at bmi charts and seeing where i lie
- tracking my calories like nobody's business
- afraid to drink water out of fear of gaining from it... immediately downs a diet coke to suppress my appetite

Checking myself in any reflective surface, reading through thinspo forums while exercising, drinking green tea, and purging everything I can (when I feel like i need to)

I drink way too much coffee and touch my collarbones all the time... also does not wearing heavy enough clothing in cold weather so I shiver count because I do that too.

Glancing at people who i think are thinspo a lot without them noticing
Calculate the calories of someone else's meal inside my head
Highly overestimate calories
Take any excuses i can get to leave the house so i can get more steps in and so i won't eat

I totally get that. Shivering burns cals. But fuck I hate being cold.

Written down daily intake and exercise for ten years now, haha. Exercise most days of a week. Have a very set schedule for exercise, meals, getting up and going to bed.
Love cooking and baking, but mostly for others.
