How can you read while exercising? :o

I have an elliptical, and it has a place where I can put my phone on it! It's cool. I can look through mpa while burning off calories, so I can be more motivated and put in my all. As for not missing a few lines of reading it, it's really hard, but idk how I do it!

Don't  mind me, just cruisin' in the ocean of  identity finding, all while trying to lose a fuck ton of weight.

its about being a warrior, doesn't matter about the cause necessarily, this is your path and you will pursue it with excellence. you face your fear because your goal demands it. that is the goddamn warrior spirit.

-Bodycheck (especially when I'm stressed or nervous)

-Lie about even the smallest food related thing

-Drink a lot of tea and water

- Excersize in secret at night (sorry, English isn't my first language so I probably misspelled this one haha)

- Know the calorie count of certain foods

Counting calories, restricting, and fasting.

Fighting for the smallest goal to gain a little self-control.

- Weight myself everyday, without even underwear

- count calories

- share my food with other ppl even when I'm hungry as fuck

- drink coffee in the morning, don't eat anything until evening

- walking up and down when waiting for something (e.g. for the train)

- being cold the whole time

But I have to say, that I'm not a "real anorexic" as I have alternating anorexic phases and binge phases, each lasting days to months.

~ There is only one god, and his name is Death. And there is only one thing we say to Death: not today ~

Drinking lots of tea, water, diet and coffee

Bodycheck constantly

change my clothes a million times before I leave the house

Weight myself naked every morning

Drink tea and coffee to avoid eating

Eat sugar free mints and chewing gum to avoid eating

Walk/be active whenever I can

Read calories on everything

Only buy safe foods

Keep only the food I eat in one single day in my house at once to avoid overeating

If possible take meds to sedate me rather than eat.

Hog the heater

Wears loads of layers

Get annoyed if people eat my 'alloted' food

Felt ‘cheated’ because Hubba Bubba chewing gum is not sugar free 🤦🏻‍♀️
