Hadn’t thought about the holidays approaching since relapsing and now I’m getting excited. Honestly if I’m being realistic, anything under 145 lbs would be amazing.

Maintaining under 120 in general, right now I don't have a specific number after in mind.

I want to maintain at 105 but gain (ass) muscle and lose fat.

Lol my ultimate goal before the new year would be to weigh under 130, but I'll be okay if I weigh under 140.

If I can manage Halloween (dancing burns off calories- Drink only diet drinks @ the party-Eat chocolate apples)

Than its my birthday and I want to have fibre one bars as my treat instead of a big birthday cake.And some cupcakes (I heard if you eat cupcakes it burns fat from your thighs) and than its Christmas-I always get chocolate from Santa and I nearly always eat it so if you have any tips on how to NOT eat and pig out on desserts @ Christmas that would help me alot. Im over 18+ and I dont know what "to have" for Christmas still ... I want to loose 50lbs by surviving on Salads/Coffee/Diet drinks and smoothies + Fibre One bars(to help me poop out the fat!) And the odd Boilded egg & toast with  lighter butter. Im staying away from the cinema since the calories are sky high and theres no way to burn it off-because its so hot out and I feel weak and not able to do much exercise to burn off that much since its too many calories in a day and will probably be along time before its "shifted" the weight.

Around 50kg as well. I will probably have to maintain from the early/mid november to mid february, which I hope I can achieve lol

Honey I know you don’t really think cupcakes burn fat from your thighs HAHAHAHA however I definitely still think you should have one for your birthday

New year's day is actually my birthday, so I'm super motivated to get to around 40kg by then.
