One cheese slice are generally between 300 and 450 so 2 slices means 600 to 900... soo she thinks 4 slices = 1200 to 1800 is a meal... and that doesn't even count for toppings you might add, adding an extra 100 to 200 per slice... so 1300 to 2000 at most for 4 of these things??? Kay..

It's a plain cheese pizza slice, the slices are small. I looked it up and it said 200 per slice, for 1 slice of a medium pizza

Pro tip instead of lettuce you can actually just use shredded fried chicken skin because protein makes it way better for you

Eating under 1200 calories per day puts your body into "starvation mode" and you'll gain weight!! (lmfao)

They think going on a fast will kill you

They think being vegan means you're automatically malnourished and underweight

I've literally met people from the midwestern US who grew up their whole lives thinking fruits and vegetables have no calories.

And some people act like anything under 18.5 BMI is a death sentence. (18.4 BMI?! That's extremely unhealthy you need to gain 20 pounds!!)

POPULAR

Since the keto diet is so popular right now I hear all the time that you cant eat bread and lose weight. Like uhhh, my diet has so much bread and I've lost more weight in 2 weeks than you have in 2 months on your keto diet.

Also, theres the assumption that people with eating disorders only eat "healthy" things. Like sometimes I'll eat one chocolate chip cookie and that's it for the day.

And then my favorite one of all: going on crash diets that restrict calories to super low levels makes people gain weight.
No, they make YOU gain weight because you dont actually stick to them. If you can stick to them, you will generally lose weight.

Correction: anything under 21 BMI

Most of the people in America are so overweight that they have a warped perception on what is actually underweight lmao

Granola, nuts are healthy

Olive oil is healthy

Its ok to eat load and load of carb if they are not white. So brown rice/bread is totally healthy and diet food

When on a diet, they never count sauces and condiments. So a brown bread vegetarian subway sandwich with 200cal worth of mayonnaise is totally diet food

Diet soda makes you fat

Not counting calories in liquid so alcohol and soda are ok

Ordering frappuchino in Starbucks is ok because "coffee" is not fattening

Not bothering to count calories because it is the food that matter

"I'm on a diet so l am eating salad" **puts nuts, cheese, meat in their salad and drown it with salad sauce (the regular ones)

Thinking Asian food is healthy and order Chinese take out.
***I'm korean and yes T R A D I T I O N A L -
H O M E C O O K E D Asian food is healthy, not the processed take out.

My name is Bo

Date: Sunday, June 28th 2020

Weight: 87,1lbs

Height: 1m65

I’m on a coffee mono for the next 10 days t0 see if l will have a heart attack at the end of it, I did last year. This year, since l’m always in my room, chances are nobody will discover me in time and l will be dead. I don’t have any reason to die, I just don’t see the point of keep living.

I am sassy and sarcastic, please don’t take my words seriously ;) I have no intention to offend anyone and if l triggered anyone, my deepest apologies. ED is depressing enough, let sarcasm be the sunshine that keeps us going.

My acccountability 🖤🖤🖤

If I ever fall in love, anyone is welcomed to bang my head on the wall as many time as possible, I don’t deserve any. Love makes me stupid enough to believe that I’m worthy of it, which is so wrong in many ways.

A lot of my friends think they have EDs because they didn’t eat for like a day and then just started eating normally again. Lol they weigh like 60-70kgs btw

One of my ex-friends from college was like that. She thought she had an "ED" because she felt too fat.

It was embarrassing.

That adding olive oil is a good idea when you’re on a diet ??? Also how they don’t count drinks and sauces (especially coffees that are filled with sugar and cream)

Honestly there’s so many, particularly tied into how they fail diets. Usually involves saying “I’ll start tomorrow” or “X doesn’t count” (X invariably does)

Telling people they have an eating disorder and then making excuses. Like one day they have anorexia the next day they’re eating cake and telling everyone they’re trying to recover and the next day they’re fucking bulimic. Anyone else met anyone like this?

But anyway on topic... keto.
My coworker is on the keto diet, not losing anything as shes eating her tdee in fat. Why is CICO so hard to understand?

Hahaha sorry but this makes me laugh. It's calories in verses calories out peoples.

2020 will be the new beginning of no longer low restricting. High restricting is the way for me because slow and steady wins the race. As far as I'm concerned, as long as you end the day on a calorie deficit, you have won.

Height: 5 foot 7 / 171cms,
Highest Weight: 180 pounds / 82 kgs, (BMI 28.0)
Lowest Weight: 85 pounds / 39 kgs, (BMI 13.3)

ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT (again): 85 pounds / 39 kgs OR LOWER!!!

Not for me, I have insulin resistance so calories from carbs are not the same for me as calories from fat or protein.
