"You can eat as much fruits and vegetables as you want and you'll lose weight"

LIKE NoOoOoO

Right? Like there's 380 cals in an avocado or some such shit. I can't eat a whole one of those on a jacket potato for a single meal, then think I'm bound to lose weight.

Yeh of course in moderation, but the point I was making is that you can eat only fruit and veg and still put weight on

I admit that I googled it when I did my previous meal plans, and it told me 161 cals in half an avocado, but they are pretty small here so I imagine theres a difference there too. Next time I actually buy one here, I'll weigh it and see, because it would be interesting to find out.

EDIT - yeah, I found the ones I bought on the supermarket website, it says average weight 80g (i use 1/4 to half usually in my plans)

Oh yeah I didn’t think about size lolz My roommate used to buy these huge ones and she ate like three a day plus meals and got super chubby. I’m allergic to them so what do I know?

Not a problem, you just had me worried that I'd frikked up my food diary LOLOLOLOL. I've actually been underestimating rather than over, then. Half of one of ''our'' sized avocados is 82 cals, not 160 cals. If the average weight is 80g that also includes the stone and skin as well, which you don't eat, so I'm probably eating 35g at most in each half. It's all good, I don't have to panic lol

I really don’t understand ‘treat yo self’. I can’t just treat myself. I’d end up b/ping or just plain bingeing.

That cico doesn't matter as long as they are eating healthy like madame, you won't lose weight on 2500 cals of healthy stuff, especially if you are not moving a lot

"How can you forget to eat?"
(Lmao how can you forget you already ate? I don't count Calories but I still keep track)

"I only ate breakfast today, I'm sTaRvInG. What did you eat?"
(UhhhHHHHHH QUICK SAY SOMETHING)

"That's all you're having?"
(Yes, why would I waste food I won't eat when someone else would eat it? Damn give the brownie to someone else or save it wtf)

"You don't need to lose weight!"
(I don't NEED to, I WANT to because I have a small frame and I'm not even trying to be an underweight bmi, let me drink my damn coffee)

my mom is subscribed to a weightloss preplanned meal delivery service and spends money she doesn't have for it. I tried telling her to was a scam and that she could get the same results at home by preplanning her own meals.. she doesn't get that it works by limiting her cals (cico) if they have her on plan for 1200 cals of course she's going to lose. she could eat the same cals in home cooked meals and it would yield the same results. best (worst?) part: she doesnt even stick to the mealplan.. now we have a bunch of prepackaged "diet" food that no ones allowed to touch because she's "getting to it" aaaa

Ah gotcha,, I've never counted potatoes  or parsnips as veggies, to me they are starches a whole diff catagory...Had to look them up to find they were a veg, my bad.... Yet grapes and pineapple? Grapes are great and a nice natural lax, if you get my drift...N i do love me some pineapple
