Hello my friends! I have a question. I'm not a morning person so I love to sleep til noon. I'm going to bed after midnight so it happens to me that i'm starving and need to eat before I go to bed. And that's why I'm asking you my dears - is it better to go to sleep earlier and wake up in the morning and eat breakfast to use my calories for whole day instead of waiting till the end of the day?
I'm not usually eating breakfast at all so should i start eating breakfast and wake up earlier - and going to bed earlier too to loose some more weight?
