
My C&S food tier list (Good and bad foods to cs)

Im just going to leave this here, I hope you find this helpful... This is my cs food tier list, made this according to my own experience and popular opinion of certain foods.
A tier (Good foods to cs):
- Plain Bread
- Gum (o rly?)
- Cinnamon rolls
- Muffins
- Cereals that aren't very sugary: Cheerios, Chex, Honey bunches, Raisin bran
- Tortilla chips
- Tortilla
- Croissants
- Pita Bread
- Cheese
- Plain donuts
- Bread Sticks
- Onion rings
- Saltine Crackers
- Salty chips
- Pretzels
- Oatmeal cookies
- Dry ramen
- Fries
- Burger
-Pizza
-Bran cereal
B tier (Require water rinsing...)
- Oreos ( stick to your teeth)
- Glazed donuts (Glaze melts)
- Nuts (Too oily)
- Cheesy chips (The cheese powder is already high in calories)
- Cupcakes (Frosting melts)
- Hostess pastries (Frosting melts)
- Sugary Cereals (Sugar melts)
- Meat (Nasty)
- Veggies (Too watery)
- Fudge Cookies (Fudge melts)
- Choc chip cookies (Choc melts)
- Protein bars ( Ok but Too expensive to cs)
- Beberages, coffee, shakes (Impossible not to swallow a bit)
C tier (Bad cs foods)
- Choc
- PB
- Ice cream
- Pop tarts
- Cream
- Oily food
- Marshmallow
- Candy
- Fudge
- Juicy fruit
- Marzipan
- M&ms
-Skittles
- Popsicle
- Lollipop
- Taffy

I’m actually tempted to try c/s pudding... nice list tho. I love c/s store bought wraps!

I agree. I have carb cravings especially for bread and I have never been happier that it’s so easy to c/s.

I’ve found that skittles are kinda good for c/s, you do have to spit a LOT throughout so you don’t swallow some of the “liquid” though, which makes it a bit time consuming.

This is perfect except I would move cheese to the bottom tier.
French baguettes and bagels are my absolute favorite c/s foods.

I totally agree for nuts, chocolate, and peanut butter being hard to CS and breads/pastas are good. I actually find meat and ice cream to be fine Coe me to CS but ice cream is a little strange. At least it makes me savour the ice cream more

I second pizza. That was a walk in the PARK. I only c/s leftovers or if I'm almost done with my meal but want the taste a lil longer. Pizza fits into both these categories
