Hey !
I'm having an existential questioning right now. I'm doing the ABC, which has a 800 cals day. I'm doing OMAD, so I decided to have bolognese pasta with grated mozzarella and bake it with an egg on top. Now, this is the only chance I get to have pastas before a while, so I feel like the choice of said pasta is very important and that, no matter what I choose, it will still not be the good choice, but well.
I usually buy Barilla pastas (or Panzani, on occasions). The calories aren't supposed to change from one shape to another either, so this isn't a factor.
(I was thinking Linguine, but idk if it's the perfect choice...)

For those of you who don't fear pastas, what is you favorite pasta shape ? (And why ?)

I'm just holding on to my better demons

And I really need them not to fail me now

I know, I'm just bad at making decisions... Gonna end up buying like 4 types of pastas and mixing them all lol

I love capellini, basically thin spaghetti, it somehow tastes the best imo

I recently bought some fancy minestrone soup and it had elongated spaghetti-oh shaped pasta. I just think that it's a cool shape. It's called DITALINI PASTA.

For some reason I can’t stand small pastas like mac or that spiral one. It has to be a long noodle or I will GAG even tho I know the dough is the same my stupid brain hates pasta that isnt a noodle

Thin noodles also bother me sometimes

Bow ties (farfalle) are my favorite. But I’m not sure they are right for the situation. Rotini and cellentani are also really good. However linguini might be best for your recipe. Sorry I just love pasta
