Occasionally it might happen a tiny, tiny amount, but it's no longer a daily or even weekly occurrence! I'm pretty sure mine was a physical tic caused by OCD and anxiety about food specifically. I'm not sure exactly what made it stop, but I'm very pleased about it.
My Rumination Stopped!

Mine is also heavily linked to my anxiety and has reduced since I've got it in check. I still do it if I've binged or if I'm very stressed or if I want to push it but most days its not a problem any more. Congrats love
