I'm putting this here instead of with the accountabilities for a few reasons. But anyway I realized summer is approaching faster than I thought! 133 days according to google, and I still have 40lbs to lose. Because as always, I procrastinate! I weighed myself a couple of days ago and was 172 yikes. So I hope to get to at least 130 by summer. Which seems doable if I stay consistent. My scale is pretty unreliable so I'm getting a new one this week

Goodmorning lovelies! I think I'll do the 5 bite diet for a couple days to get me back in the swing of things

Breakfast:
1 liter of water
X2 coffee (0)
1 can of diet sun drop (0)

Lunch:
5 bites of a chicken tender (~200)
1 liter of water

Dinner:
5 bite of Texas toast and mac n cheese (~400)
Diet coke (0)
1 liter of water

Total Calories: less than 600
Total bites: 10
Water Intake: 3 liters

Today went well. Not the healthiest of foods but I did good and got alot of water in, I've been crazy dehydrated. I also did a face and hair mask and painted my nails, so I got alittle self care in. I don't know how long I'll do this for maybe till I'm bored of it and want to do something else. But I hope to get a scale tonight! Hope everyone had a wonderful day

Finally got a new scale and lost a little!

Breakfast:
1 liter of water

Lunch:
Diet coke
5 bites of potato wedges (less than 300)

Dinner:
1 liter of water
Diet coke
5 bites of catfish and popcorn chicken (less than 500)

Total Calories: less 800 calories
Bites: 10
Water Intake: 2 liters

Today went good, I've been getting really light headed and bad headaches all day. So I'll probably stop the 5 bite diet and start something alittle more sustainable. Like maybe some calorie cycling. I just needed to get my mind back in the swing of things!

Stopped the 5 bite diet and will start my official plan of calorie cycling

I want to aim to weigh in every 600 calorie day. But knowing me I'll probably weigh daily. My only other rules are to drink 2 liters of water a day and to start exercising even if it's just walking

I did for like 2 days I did it awhile back and lost 10 pounds in 15 days. But decided to do a couple days of it to kick start my diet

I don't understand how I maintained exactly But oh well! I'm going to start my calorie cycling plan! So today is day 1 and my 600 calorie day I hope everyone has a great day! Xx

1 cup of chicken mac n cheese (~500)
Diet mountain dew (0)

Dinner:
1 liter of water
1 Slice of bread with strawberry jam (100)

Total Calories: 600/600
Water Intake: 2 liters

Cravings weren't too bad today. I felt like snacking all day though. But happy I made it without bingeing. Also I think once I lose the 40lbs I'm going to finally get my belly button pierced as a reward!

Big drop! Definitely water weight but I'll take it! Today is my 800 calorie day, and I'm so determined to get this weight off by summer and be able to wear the bikini I ordered over a year ago!

Breakfast:
1 liter of water
Coffee with cream (30)
Diet coke (0)
Oats and honey granola bar (180)

Lunch:
Pulled pork sandwich (230)

Snack:
5 crackers (70)
Pulled pork (120)

Dinner:
2 slices of bread (120)
Strawberry jam (45)
Diet coke (0)

Total Calories: 795/800
Water Intake: 1 liter

Today was ok. My manager sent someone to go pick up taco bell this morning and everyone kept bugging me to get something. I just said I didn't like taco bell which was a lie but I didn't need to risk a binge! Pretty proud of myself though!

Today is my 1000 calorie day! My boyfriend wants to go out for hotwings at this Italian style restaurant tonight. But they don't show the calories on the menu or anywhere online

Breakfast:
1 liter of water
Biscuit (310)
Coffee with cream (60)

Lunch:
Rockstar pure zero (0)

Dinner:
2 rolls (~300?)
6 hotwings (~504?)

Total Calories: 1,174/1,000
Water intake: 1 liter

I used MFP to figure out the calories so it probably wasn't accurate. Either way I over ate alittle. So I'll probably either try to make it to the gym tonight and burn it off on the treadmill. Or I'll swap days and eat 1,000 calories tomorrow instead of the 1200. Either way I'll update! I'm expecting a gain tomorow though I'll probably end up retaining water or something who knows

I freaked out about my weight this morning, I'm such a dumbass. I got stressed out last night and ate a McChicken and I realized I haven't had a bm at all yesterday. And I could be retaining on top of that. So that's great. I went for a little 10 minute walk this morning because I woke up even more stressed and needed to do something other than eat. But anyway I swapped yesterday with today so 1000 calories for me

Breakfast:
1 liter of water
Rock star pure zero (0)

Lunch:
Skipped

Dinner:
Homemade chicken nachos (Didn't even eat half but we'll say 900 to be safe)
1 liter of flavored water (20)

Total Calories: 920
Water Intake: 2 liters

Today was an omad day. I wasn't hungry all day, Way too stressed and spent the day crying. I didn't eat until 4:30pm

Today is my 600 calorie day again. These fluctuations are stressing me out. So I'm only going to weigh on the 600cal days for now. Either way 3.6lbs isn't bad for 4 days

Couldn't help myself I'm so addicted to weighing. At least there was a loss. But today is my 800 calorie day! And soon I'm going to have a "cheat day" for my boyfriend's birthday. I had to post the past couple days today, As I forgot to post them

Steak biscuit (590) yikes

Lunch:

Half a hamburger bun (55)
2 Oz of sloppy joe (108)

Dinner:

Today went great. Had a headache most of the day, And wasted most of my calories on a stupid biscuit at 6 in the morning, But it worked out ok. I stopped eating at 2pm so I'll get alittle fasting in, I hope everyone had a great day! Xx

i just recently discovered low calorie bread and its been a game changer - i am eating 5 times a day with a total calorie count of around 500 and im loosing a lb a day - 

 

i think with this deficit you could easily loose the weight you want to -

I'm retaining so much This work stress is taking such a toll on me, idk how much longer I can handle it. I turned to drinking yesterday, I definitely regret it, especially after seeing my weight. I realized I need to lose about 10lbs a month to get to my 1st goal by summer! And after playing around with losertown I'm lowering my calories to 800 a day instead of averaging to 900 a day

1 Egg roll (190)
