I am 55.8kg today, lowest since this round of relapse

After the holidays I was almost at 60 and that was my wake-up call to get my shit together and stop bingeing, back down to 57 with the goal of being comfortably at 48, a low-healthy weight for me (won't get me in trouble). 

Trouble is I have no idea how to lose weight without a hardcore relapse lol (I mean I KNOW how but my brain can't.... just... eat at a reasonable deficit)

I was 52.5 kg recently but I'm not sure if I gained weight so let's say I'm in the 53 kg :(
I'm just stuck in this weight + it's so hard for me to restrict nowadays, specially since is summer here and I see flattening foods all around me.

still 53.4 i plateaued at 54.1 for what seemed like an eternity. once i get to 52 ill feel like i have acheived something

Today I weighed exactly 50.0 kgs, however I know I'm dehydrated from purging and drinking yesterday... so probably more like 50.5 but I prefer seeing it as 50. I'm happy :)

This thread has helped me decide to set a smaller goal of 49.9kg, before dropping straight to 45kg. It’ll seem much more realistic when that first digit changes. Also it’s more fun this way. I’m so pleased to have found this! :)

167cm, 5’6
CW: 52.6kg/116LBs (maintaining before the next drop)
GW: 49kg/108LBs
UGW: 45kg/99LBs

I binged twice last week lol so it's been 8 days since this post and I'm only down to 56-56.5 (cries forever)
