I'm in!

I'm around 49-51 and I hate it. I'd love to 49 be my highest daily weight.

I broke at some point.

I've been at 56-58 kg for what feels like a million years. Haven't broken out of these numbers for longer than a week in maybe 4 years. I'm at 57 right now. Finally one of these threads I can be a part of.

I started at about 55.5kg and I am currently 48kg so Ive lost about 7.5kg. I dropped real slow at first and when I got 52 I got faster and then I got sick, I couldn't eat much cause I felt awful amd after 2 weeks I woke up weighed myself and the scale said 50.3 after I had eaten. I am still losing and I would recommend when you get close to 50 to go a bit harder than usual so you dont feel stuck. But thats just for you to not feel stuck cause 50 is just a number its the same process of losing weight(CICO)

I’m really upset because my scale isn’t moving. I’ve added in exercise, going from nothing to 50–60 minutes’ time each day of walking. Rationally I know that my body always holds water anytime I increase my activity level, but it’s playing havoc with my brain to see the same number and know I’m putting in this much effort.

167cm, 5’6
CW: 52.6kg/116LBs (maintaining before the next drop)
GW: 49kg/108LBs
UGW: 45kg/99LBs

Friend me to see my shit.
Piccies.

Trouble is I have no idea how to lose weight without a hardcore relapse lol (I mean I KNOW how but my brain can't.... just... eat at a reasonable deficit)

omg I feel you. Personally I have always either restricted super low or eaten whatever I liked borsering on binging - I had no relationship with actual dieting or any form of restriction that isn't like omad or 200calories lmao
I started logging my food on mfp with a 1200cal goal and after about 2 weeks I got so used to it and so into the habit? It's pretty great bc the high restriction didnt make me wanna binge and ruin my already high weight hh
⇩ aaand back again lol
