Let's support eachother while trying to stay out of the 110's and/or trying to get out of the 100's!

Oh hey this is my place lmao! I'm currently 104 lb at 5'3 and I really want out of the 100s as I've never been before (my lowest is 100.5 so close ugh) and my first gw is 96lb so lets do this! :)

ive never been put of the 100s :((((((( and im 105 rn and desperate to break into the 90s (im 5’5”)

I am 5’4” and have been bouncing between 98-104 for MONTHs in a binge restrict cycle !! I hit 101 this morning and I am hoping for the best !! I will update this when I hit double digits again !!

im trying to get in the 90s this month for the first time ever (since the start of my ed)! currently 103, lw 102. i've been stuck at 102-103 for like a week :/

i'm 106lbs trying to get under 100. I'm so stuckkk in the 105-107 range. And my stomach needs to be toned. i have the tiniest thigh gap but also a tiny pudge so i hate it and need to get to 96lbs for a BMI 18. i'm short so it feels like every pound counts. i've lost 4lbs in 2 weeks so far and i'm not trying to mess it up again like i did last month.

I've gone up to 110-112 pounds from weight restoration but my first gw is 105 and my next is 95:) good luck everyone!

My current weight is 117lbs and I need to start drinking more water omg but like
My first goal weight is 110lbs
My second goal weight is 100lbs
My UGW is 95lbs

This is for me. I gained almost 7 pounds over the holidays from Christmas and new years spending it with my boyfriend and his parents and they eat a ton. I managed to drop around 5 pounds of it but I'm feeling really grossed out with myself and frustrated. I had been low restricting under 600 calories for 5 days and barely lost any weight. I feel like a failure because usually it would be a lot more and I just feel fat.

I’m so pissed with myself! I was at 95 and heading down, a few weeks ago, then I let my stupid appetite get the better of me and my will power pretty much disappeared. Not sure what I am now because I avoid the scales when I’m like this, but think I am back to over 100 ☹. I am starting very low restriction today, although really want to fast for a few days. Anyone have any tips on not letting my will power disappear? I know that I CAN do it but it seems that I have a few good days in control, then I end up having a shitty day and binging ... so yeah, support to get out of the 100s will be great..

Heck yeah! This thread seems perfect to me :D. I’m currently 108, with a lw of exactly 100, I gained because I’m an idiot and thought I could help people, and I haven’t been trying to lose as much cuz my bf likes me better at 115, but we are are on a break so screw it! I didn’t have a gw before just now, but my previous ugw was 95 so I’ll aim for that! I’m 5’5 1/2 :)

Omad Is how I get through, if I eat I binge, so I eat Oma's, right before bed and under 500cals
