normally eat 800-1200 a day
thinking of starting this but worry about not binging on the 200kcal day since i imagine i would feel ridiculously starved
what foods do you recommend? thinking 0% fat greek yogurt, veg and berries

If u still want to try just do fruits and veggies and maybe low cal protein bar or eggs or oatmeal and green tea

Raw veggies, steamed veggies, water, water, water, rice cakes with salsa, a lean protein like a baked slice of tilapia. That will put you at around 200.

I don`t recommend jumping from 800 to 200. Try 700 or 600 first, then build your way down if that`s what you wish. Please be careful and stay safe!
