I can’t find a 180s thread, and I’m riiiiight on the border anyway, so I’ll just jump in here.

179.7 yesterday, 180.3 today. I’ve been hovering right around 179/180 for the past month. Time to get serious.

Every calculator I’ve tried says that with daily exercise and eating 1000 cals/day, I can reach my goals - under 140 by my birthday in June, and ugw of 96 by the end of the year. So. Let’s go.

water fast today and ended at 171.4


170 even today. I believe I'll be in the 160s tomorrow!

just hit 179.4 today! i'm so proud of myself for finally getting out of the 180's. time to power through the 170's.

i'm 171 and it's really promising because once i see 165 i'm gonna know what i'm doing is working. it's intermittent fasting until 6pm, and anywhere between 600-1000 cals. i'm a sucker for dessert otherwise it would be 800 max :( ugw is 117lbs what about y'all?

Just hit 179.0 today! Which is crazy because I was 182.0 yesterday and ate too much pizza, I thought the scale was going to go up for sure. I can’t wait to get into the 160s. 168 is a healthy weight for my BMI and I can’t remember the last time I’ve been that low.
