What something that is currently making you happy? ED related or not. I’m happy because I have eaten healthy all day and have not gone over my calorie limit. I’m also happy because I joined a club at my school for people with disabilities.

I Love going to Anime/ cosplay Convention and there is one coming up this weekend so that im looking forwards to
im also looking forwards to getting a meal plan so can get back some control and lose weight
further more i now im disability benefit that means that i wont be pressured to try working when i get so tired so easily and if i wantto i can still work a few hours a week if i want to ( which i do but right now i need some time off ) so that does make me happy that people can see that im not like everyone else that i do struggle

We are currently having two to three days of weather in the high 60s and I'm actually sitting outside and not feeling my body shut down from the freezing air. The sun feels so nice.

I'm happy because it's really early in the morning and I'm sitting comfortably warm and listening to my favorite music playing my favorite games. I also know animal crossing New Horizons is coming out soon.

I bought a sad, wilty looking tomato plant and after a few days of care its looking so green and happy.
One of my daughters soccer teammates hugged me, pulled back, and remarked "You're so skinny".

today i tried on this skirt i bought last september and i was so scared bc when i bought it i really thought it was gonna fit but it didn’t zip all the way and it sent me in a bad breakdown lol.
but fast forward to today i was feeling good and better about my progress and i tried it on for the first time since and it surprisingly fit!!!!!! it was literally the best feeling ever i seriously couldn’t believe it. ive been so happy about that all day bc the skirt is so cute and honestly just motivated me even more which i needed so yay!!!!<3
