I'm starting to reach that point where a multivitamin alone isn't doing me well. I usually take gummy multivitamins and gummy fiber one but that's all. I just bought some fish oil pills and vitamin B-12 but wondering if there is anything else I might need to start taking?

every day i take a B complex, D3, magnesium, and iron (but be warned! iron makes me bloat some, so you can take it every other day and you'll still get the same benefits)

Biotin causes me some wicked cystic acne breakouts, so I try to avoid supplements with it.

Currently I’m taking collagen and msm crystals
The collagen I started in the summer to repair the lost cartilage around my knees due to restricting for so long and it has helped me so much I can’t be without it now

Usually id be taking vitamin C, iron, B12/biotin, zinc, vitamin D and maca powder for energy and healing because I heal so slow and bruise so easily

Maca, vitamin D and msm crystals help with low moods as well

I’m always going off and on COD liver oil supplements

I also have protein world slender blend protein shakes sometimes and theyre fortified

•Centrum (a multivitamin)
•Caltrate Bone & Muscle (600mg calcium, 1000IU vitamin D3, 50mg Magnesium, 7.5mg Zinc, 500mcg Copper, 1.75mg Manganese)
•Ferrograd C
•Zinc Caps
•Salt tablets (600mg sodium chloride)

I don’t take b vitamins because my bloodwork shows they’re fine. I take the zinc and iron tablets every other day because I’m suppressed but not quite deficient in those nutrients. Also be carful with supplementing things like zinc, copper, iron, selenium and other minerals because you’ll do more harm if you over supplement, so get advice from a dietician if possible.

With regards to supplement usage, I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this across the board, but have GPs or nurses mentioned anything about biotin and blood work? I've been told that it messes up your test results.

Also, I've been looking into acv gummies from New Nordic, does anyone have any experience with those?

Vitamin D, and B12.

I recently read that vitamin D can make you hairy? I have a vitamin D deficiency and I’m not hairy at all. But I was wondering what would happen if I was cured.
