Hi everyone I’m starting a new diet and I hope to loose some weights (I’m bulimic for 5 years).
My height is 170 cm and my weight- 75 kg so my purpose for now is to become 60 kg. Also I’m from Bulgaria and that’s why the food I consume is in another language. 🙂

I’m sorry that I didn’t posted so far but I stopped the diet because I binged. But now I started restricting and eat 900 cal for lunch and at the end of the day i b/p. Lost 15 pounds for 1 month but feeling sick.
