Dried fruit like dates and pineapple. Once a day I would buy junk food and then purge it all immediately :/

500 kcal, usually OMAD, of whatever was in the cupboards. I challenged myself to not go shopping until it was gone. It was the most random shit - a tbsp of honey with 62 almonds; one prepackaged soup mix, 5 apples.
Would've been effective had I not gone out and binged / b/ped for weeks afterward.

100 calorie popcorn, 100 calorie oatmeal, boca burgers, frozen veggies, salad, 35 calorie bread, egg whites, baked potatoes

4oz shirataki noodles for dinner, either with 1/4 cup fat free marinara sauce or PAM spray and garlic salt. 3tbsp egg beaters heated up in a microwave in a ramekin to avoid grease/extra calories, and that was 25 calories. hat was breakfast possibly or lunch if I didn't skip lunch.
for breakfast I USUALLY had a sugar free popsicle (15cals) or 1/2 cup arctic zero ice cream (35 cals)
I fainted a lot and my heart rate dropped to the 30s when sleeping, 40s when resting awake. I was low on almost every vitamin and mineral and delusional, I got so mad at my mom once because she wouldn't let me exercise so I scratched my legs to blisters and ripped out chunks of my hair. Lots of screaming too. Threw a glass to the floor and it shattered.
0/10 would not recommend. Not only does this amount of calories hurt you physically but it makes you f*cking psychotic.

Mostly, I never finished what I ate and never left the house so didn't have to deal with social meals.

Weirdly enough I still ate most things and 3 'meals' a day, it was just around 1000kcal and I can't believe I got to my lowest weight like that. When I skip meals/fast or b/p I can't seem to lose weight..

I've been at and close to my LW a few times. I've been through different phases. most common ones have been small amounts (like 15g tops) plain quick cook oats, 35cal bread with SF jam and sometimes powdered pb, bran flakes/cheerios with unsweetened cashew milk, tomato soup or chicken noodle cupasoups in various amounts (never more than one cup at a time, often less), home made 50cal french toast, plain nonfat greek yogurt. Yeah I eat mostly carbs. I've tried high protein and my body didnt react well and I rapidly gained weight. for me my body does best on high complex carbs and sugar free stuff.

I am at my LW and I basically eat everything but did cut down on snacking and did not have any soft drink or liquid calories (except coffee or milk tea). I eat three relatively healthy, balanced meals (rice, vegetable curry, meat, salad), afternoon tea snack (& occasionally dessert) and fruits which add up to about 1400-1500cal daily (average). I don't eat any low fat food/milk, but I do love those 90cal FiberOne bars for a snack sometimes.
My main reason for high restriction is that even if I restrict to 1000cal, I get digestive problems (constipation, bloating) and for some reason being constipated causes me to binge which worsens the problem and it absolutely sucks and I feel so fat and disgusting. This amount of calories may be high (& not cause super fast weight loss) but I am having consistent BMs and have more than enough energy to study and work.

ramen, oreos, and donuts. occasionally i would have fast food if my mom got it for us.
i was on adderall, which is basically the only reason i was able to get to and maintain such a low weight eating like that.

Weight Before Period: 120 (Not my best weigh in but for now it will have to do, and with my period starting any day now, I am just going to try to restrict till it startst)
GW:100 (Or be able to fit in size 0 jeans, like before)
UGW:95 pounds or lower but not any lower then 90
