Light muscle milk, raspberries, primal strip jerky, bone broth, plain kefir, riced cauliflower, green tea pills.

I would have 1/4 of rolled oats with water once a day... it was not good

I'm at my lowest weight now and I tend to eat anything as long as it falls into my calorie budget of 500. It helps me not binge if I just allow myself to eat the things I want to eat and have the willpower to eat less the rest of the day if its something particularly high in cal that I'm craving.


Consider me one plan away from suicide

everything I wanted but in small portions

 

I wasn't obsessed with food at that time (theraphy) and that made not think about it that often? Idk if that makes sense

I ate the same thing every day. A poached egg on wheat toast and coffee with a little milk for breakfast. Diet coke and water the rest of the day. Pretend to eat dinner. All in all about 500-700 cals.

I ate just dinner, if that: cucumbers with a tiny bit of salt and lots of pepper, tiny bites of a bit of a veggie burger. I definitely counted my sparkling water (8 oz some days, only with dinner). On days I knew I would be drinking, which was often, I would eat nothing and then get myself nice and drunk on vodka mixed with random 0 calorie drinks.

I basically lived off of microwave popcorn. I'd eat two bags in one sitting and that was all for the day. I'd sometimes eat a bagel or some otter pops. That was back in 2017.
