Junk food! lol At my lowest of 88 lbs (BMI around 14 or so) I literally LIVED off sweets! lol Candy, pudding, poptarts, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, sugary cereals, cupcakes, cake, pie, cookies, jello, truffles, chocolate, occasionally chips like Cheetos or Fritos, and always always ALWAYS plain oatmeal made with water topped with candy, Nutella, peanut butter, banana slices, raisins, jams, chocolate, ice cream, or ice cream novelties. Very delicious! Especially oatmeal with a spoonful of peanut butter mixed in just until almost completely melted topped with Reese's pieces, mini Reese's cups, and one big Reese's cup in the middle. Absolute heaven! lol Seriously so unhealthy I know but obviously it goes to show that's it's seriously cico and anyone who says you can't lose weight eating sweets is full of it. lol

literally same!!!!

Dinner which I don’t count cals for cause it’s home cooked food, but I purge it anyway

or

i low restricted like crazy and typically ate within a 6 hour time frame, so normally that would be whatever my mom made for dinner and sometimes one of these things:
an apple
2 mini snickers
black coffee
grilled chicken strips
1 peanut butter banana dark chocolate Kind protein bar (1/2 serving)
carrots + hummus + sriracha
fried egg with virtually no butter, sometimes with parmesan on top

at my absolute lowest:
a small cup of hot water with a spoonful of ketchup in it for "soup"
a spoonful of PB2 (dry)
a spoonful of sugar free hot chocolate powder (dry)

did that for weeks 😂
(and that was only on the days if I ate anything)

The saddest part is, I really reeeeaally enjoyed it,
and thought it was so incredibly good!

1st losing lot of weight: OMAD, anything i wanted

2nd time, lowest weight I think ever: OMAD, w/ just straight vegetables.

2-3 small meals a day w/ just vegetables and low cal foods don't cut it for me- I maintain/hit a plateau or gain slightly.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the a mount of time my body is in ketosis.  Otherwise, I cant explain it bc Im literally just spacing out my tomatoes , broccoli, carrots, etc that I'm eating throughout the day rather than just once in a 3 hr time period at night.

500 kcal, usually OMAD, of whatever was in the cupboards. I challenged myself to not go shopping until it was gone. It was the most random shit - a tbsp of honey with 62 almonds; one prepackaged soup mix, 5 apples.

Would've been effective had I not gone out and binged / b/ped for weeks afterward.

Oh my god I'm the fucking same. I have this ED but it overlaps with this OCD about food conservation, not spending any money on food, zero waste, and being resourceful with what I have.

My favorite thing (which you might enjoy) is collecting my vegetable scraps and bones in the freezer until I have enough to make a homemade broth. You collect things like end of onions, garlic carrot, vegetable skins, stems of herbs. Anything that has flavour.

Next to nothing, usually a "quesadilla" made from a single flour tortilla with some margarine & parmesan cheese heated up in a toaster oven.  Other than that just beer and lots of cigarettes!  Super healthy, lol!  Then I would eat a shift meal instead on work days which was probably no more than 500 calories.  I weighed 85 pounds at my lightest.  I am 5'0" with a small frame, so I looked quite thin but not emaciated.  Honestly what kept me going was stimulants in the form of nicotine from all the cigarettes and adrenaline from all my anxiety.  I was in my early 20's then so I kept my health in spite of my horrendous lifestyle.  I still look thin at 100 pounds but can sustain it with 3 healthy meals per day as long as I watch my calories!
