cucumber in thin slices, lettuce, pickles, vegetable broth, frozen banana “popsicles”, thinly sliced apples, carb master yogurt, rice cakes, egg whites, ice sparkling water, lots of gum

that’s what i remember of the top of my head. i mostly fasted a lot

This was my diet for several months:
-no breakfast
-one glass of water with 2 spoonfuls of chia seeds for lunch
-one slice of sourdough toast with a thin coat of peanut butter for dinner
-a million glasses of water

That’s it.
P.S. sourdough+peanut butter is the most rancid, awful mix 0/10 do not recommend

although I'm an b/p now, my lowest bmi achieved with just restricting was 15 and I was eating like

-oats(steel cut, rolled, bran) with plant milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, nuts and natural nut butter, frozen fruits for toppings, sweeten with stevia

-vegetable stir-fry with little olive oil, shirataki noodles, shirataki rice or kelp noodles

-organ meats- chicken liver, hearts, gizzards

-tofu, fish, eggs, chicken breast, beef rump, pork loin

-korean style clear veggie soup(seaweed, doenjang, spicy beansprouts, etc)

-pumpernickel slices with veggie spread/relish or sugar-free fruit preserves

-whole grain pasta 

-seasonal fruits with plain yogurt

My main reason for high restriction is that even if I restrict to 1000cal, I get digestive problems (constipation, bloating) and for some reason being constipated causes me to binge which worsens the problem and it absolutely sucks and I feel so fat and disgusting. This amount of calories may be high (& not cause super fast weight loss) but I am having consistent BMs and have more than enough energy to study and work.

Me too!! When i first got to my lw i had no problems with digestion but now restriction gets me blocked up. Weirdly, only conscious restriction does this. If i forget to eat because i’m busy or something i’ll be fine, but if i’m calorie counting it’s like my body holds on to every piece of food i eat

I do not recommend it at all, but by the end of my worst states (before being hospitalised) I got by on very little. I was overwhelmed, anxious bordering on constant panic attacks and severely depressed. If you can high restrict without overwhelming guilt (something I'm trying now quite successfully so far) I absolutely recommend that over low restriction/fasting!

I used to eat once in 4 days- 4-6 slices of a healthier bread with pizza topping sauce on the size.
Once a week I would binge once a day eating all that I wanted

BMI - 13 at the time, I was living off bites of random foods that I wanted to taste but not trigger myself off into a b/p I literally would only do this if I was visiting my parents because anything else was a b/p session sometimes as many as every couple hours …. Got sectioned and hospitalised, was in ICU on a life support, dropped to BMI 12, ED unit then had to gain to get out! It was my lowest point of rock bottom I just wanted it all to end

Diet Dr Pepper, Crystal Lite, grapefruit and instant rice noodle soup. No more than 300 cals a day (usually ~200) and purged if I ate over that limit.
I felt like shit, but I think it was the purging and lax that was the hardest on my body.

I don't really remember. I know I ate a lunch that was almost always normal and something light for dinner.

An English muffin with a slice of cheese on it with half a pear for lunch about every other day and whatever my dad made for dinner every day. Sometimes also a couple peanut butter filled pretzel things or half a cup of fruit loops

I'm a fat dump away from my lw again though and recently I've been having a piece of fruit at around 2:00 and whatever my mom makes for dinner (my dad has been working late). But she doesn't like to cook much so often I won't eat dinner or ill have top ramen

I got to my lowest weight unintentionally right as I was developing an eating disorder, so the foods I ate were not healthy lol. 

 

A normal day would be 

 

-A monster 

- Nothing until past midnight except diet coke. 

- Mac+cheese OR mcdonalds nuggets OR dennys cheese fries. Never at the same time. 

 

 

I went from 120 to 110 in a month, I was purging a lot due to anxiety though.

Cw: 130

Cgw: 118
