what does your diet tend to be like now that you're b/p, if you don't mind me asking?

I b/p once a day, and my binge usually consists of: cheap pork meat, canned fish or chicken, cheap main dish(fried/soup noodles, fried rice, pasta, curry from pre-mix), cheap side(frozen dumplings, chicken cutlets, etc) cheap snacks(potato crackers, deep fried ramen snacks, rusks etc) and sweets(gummies, snack cakes, cookies etc). yes- basically all cheap and fast to cook/eat because I can't afford the amount of high quality foods my b/p brain demands and I hate delay. I don't eat anything other than b/ps.

From what I remember at my (almost) LW most recently (late 2020) I usually ate OMAD that was a pretty normal, usually healthy and nutritionally balanced meal that I cooked for other people in the household + large amounts of alcohol. I'm almost impressed I managed to get to that weight drinking like I was but I'm not proud of it lol. My actual LW I don't remember what I ate all that well but I do recall a lot of oatmeal during that general time period.. And consuming lots of black coffee/amphetamines/cigarettes ofc always. I've only been mildly underweight at my lowest and I don't think I was restricting to a super extreme degree (though my metric for that is obviously gonna be warped compared to non-eating disordered people)

CW: 118.4 lbs/53.7 kg (7/29/21)

LW: 104.8 lbs/47.5 kg (18.3 BMI) - 8/10/20

UGW: 92 lbs/41.7 kg (16 BMI)

I've been my lowest weight twice (both times was the same weight) the first time I was surviving off around 80 calories a day by the last week or so, and the second time I survived on under 100 calories a day for two months. Nearly died both times. Second time had to have glucose injected to prevent coma. Don't recommend. High restrict if you're going to do it.

HW: 84kg (BMI 29) - Overweight
SW: 73.5kg (BMI 25) - Overweight
CW: 66.2kg (BMI 22.9) - Healthy Weight
GW 1: 66kg (BMI 22.8) - Healthy Weight

GW 2: 60kg (BMI 20.8) - Healthy Weight

GW 3: 55kg (BMI 19) - Healthy Weight

GW 4: 50kg (BMI 17) - Underweight

GW 5: 44kg (BMI 15) - Underweight

LW: 40kg (BMI 14) - Underweight
UGW: 39kg (BMI <14) (I just kind of want to say I got into the 30’s but also I know that’s really dangerous!)<p>
UGW 2: 30kg (BMI 10.4) - Underweight (Will never get here, it's too low, I'd die I think, but hm I wish I could say I'd made it to BMI 10, so fucked up)

currently at my lw and my staples are my moms homemade bread with spreads ,eggs and sardines.
currently bmi 14.1 and steadily losing

100% don't recommend, you won't lose a lot of money on that "diet" but you will lose things far more precious ;)

as little as possible - i never struggled when i was at my lw with deciding what to eat bc i simply was deathly afraid of food now food is afraid of me :(

According to my old IG, it looks like a lot of really tiny 4 oz bowls of banana nice cream, random low veggies mixed together (zucchini, tomatoes, broccoli with white wine vinegar and stevia), a popsicle with a handful of fresh cherries, and a whole bunch of vegetable broth and vegan hot chocolate.

Egg whites, veggies with tofu noodles,ice cream and pizza, I was eating 300-400cals daily and burning almost all of them by walking and doing house chores and I went from 45 to 25kg...

Nothing. Occasionally lettuce with salt and 0kcal sweetener powder straight from the container. Lots of coffee, tea and Pepsi max

not a lot of bread but some tho and overload on fruit/veg. protein once a day and planned junky food once in a while. lots of walking was involved
