I’m at my LW rn, and I don’t eat things that are over 100 cals for 100g and I only eat once a day. Reason I’m at my lowest weight is that I exercise the whole time, though

I ate:

- Vegetable broth

- Steamed broccoli

- Jello

- I drank 2 liters of black coffee everyday, that wrecked my anxiety and body

- Rice cake with strawberry jam

- Vegan yoghurt

- 7 almonds (no explanation why)

I was eating a 1/2 cup of cereal, or 1/4 to 1/2 cup of oats with was and vanilla extract, or protein powder with water for breakfast. For lunch i would spread hummus on low cal flat bread and put arugula and veggies on it, or sometimes allow myself a pb and j with a banana and not a lot of pb. For dinner, I usually ate an arugula salad with banana peppers, beans, and some veggies

Canned tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, cherry tomatoes lol. Aaaall the tOmAtOeSss

Would try to mix it up with cheerios, or pickles, or laughing cow cheese, or smthn.

My cal limit was 180, but I would regularly lower it if I was having a bad day.

I try to keep mine at 968cals now for high restriction, but I often still lower it if I have a bad day..

Just had diet soda and black coffee

 

Occasionally I would steal a teaspoon of my flatmates nutella

I'm obsessed with strawberries, blueberries, soy milk, cashew milk, suger free hot coco, almond milk, olive oil (leftover from the keto diet got to have good fats lol.) , eggs, bread, salmon, some times oatmeal and natural pb. That's it I'm kind of stuck on them.

Drowning in coffee and green tea.

The time of the month water weight just fuels my Ed into overdrive so I won't be able to have much else until it's gone. I have many smoothies made with the milk, berries and steva. Woo? I'll be glad when the weight drops this dizzy shite is annoying and the stomach pain is awful. I don't recommend this at all.

Oh right, have a chest cold so a shot of jack with diet coke at night to knock my azz out.

Low carb/keto. Average 1200 cals some days less some days up to 1600 if I worked out. At my LW now . Also on adderall during the week and do ECA stacks on weekends
