Fast food, spicy rice cakes, ramen, pasta, eggs, potatoes, rice, little fruit and veg.

I am at my LW and I basically eat everything but did cut down on snacking and did not have any soft drink or liquid calories (except coffee or milk tea). I eat three relatively healthy, balanced meals (rice, vegetable curry, meat, salad), afternoon tea snack (& occasionally dessert) and fruits which add up to about 1400-1500cal daily (average). I don't eat any low fat food/milk, but I do love those 90cal FiberOne bars for a snack sometimes.

My main reason for high restriction is that even if I restrict to 1000cal, I get digestive problems (constipation, bloating) and for some reason being constipated causes me to binge which worsens the problem and it absolutely sucks and I feel so fat and disgusting. This amount of calories may be high (& not cause super fast weight loss) but I am having consistent BMs and have more than enough energy to study and work.



This is so weird! Usually when I am constipated I tend to eat less!

When I reached my lowest weight I didn't count calories, so I ate pretty much whatever I wanted in moderation. Most of the time that meant sandwiches lol

Only cauliflowers and cucumbers for more than 6 months (drinking only water)

It wasn’t even for ED purposes tbh just for health, but I ended up being very skinny (people told me so)

Its hard to remember but...
Fruit! Mainly watermelon & bananas. Also leafy greens especially iceberg lettuce. Cauliflower rice. Soup.

Yogurt, granola, and berries.

Protein Bar (think thin bars).

That became almost all I had every single day.

-nupasta and black bean spaghetti (soooo much protein)

I've tried to eat literally anything, whether it be healthy or no and i dont lose any weight. i am restricted to 100 calories a day, but just maintaining and i don't know how much more i should workout to get rid of this.

Cornflakes & low fat milk. Either a 300 cal amount or when I was hungry id have a second bowl that id have warm for dinner (was as gross as it sounds). Also worth noting during this period I didn't leave the house or shower for 3 months straight due to a depressive episode but I dropped weight like crazy.

CW: 119  (kill me, I gained 11lbs since December)

It was like 10 years ago so the memories ain't fresh, but I remember mostly surviving on Clif Bars when I was ~75lbs. I had some kind of SUPER strict rule about only being able to eat a third of one at once, and I totally used to laugh about my dumbass Clif Bar rule during my recovered years, but now with this relapse I'm like shit bruh how could I EVER eat more than a third of one of those??? the fuck?? 

(Now I'm doing basically the same thing but with Think Thin bars lmao)
