But I have been there and I know you don't want to hear the 'be healthy lecture', so you did amazing! You can do it :)

I don't think tou need to lose more, but if you really want to then I believe in you

(Please don't start purging by vomiting though) it will only lead to 'let's binge I can puke it anyway' and you can die from puking. So please don't make it a habit if you haven't already <3 stay safe

Thank you! That’s what I’m avoiding I usually do it when I feel I’ve eaten too much, but I hate doing it just because i get hungry faster so I usually make myself sit and wait it out so I don’t eat more. As much as I like the feeling, I hate it. But thank you very much. Take care!

I found my old papers from the last time I lost a little bit of weight. Figured I’d post them on here so I don’t lost them again and also for motivation I tend to forget that it takes time sometimes, especially when you look at SW to LW. I always convince myself that I’m going to lose it all in a month because of how fast I lost the first time, but my body has a hard time with that now since it has been many years of gaining and losing.

April 2016 to April 2017
5’6
Start- 135
End- 113.4

April 2016- 135
May 2016- 130.5
June 2016- 129.4
July 2016- 130.3
August 2016- 132.7
September 2016- 131.2
October 2016- 125.9
November 2016- 119.7
December 2016- 116
January 2017- 117
February 2017- 117.2
March 2017- 115.2
April 2017- 113.4

These have been averaged per month to get a rough idea. Safe to say I lost 21.6lbs in a year, meaning about 1.8lbs per month. Looking back now it seems like I lost much faster, but I’m glad to still have these to look back on and not get discouraged as easily. I did weigh myself in everyday of the week as well.

Ended up drinking quite a bit last week. Really gonna do my best not to and to have a higher deficit this week. Not losing how I want, haven’t weighed myself yet but probably will whip out the scale today and see.

I got my bike. Starting a new plan TODAY. I won’t be on this thread everyday, but I will try to update weekly.

1000 calories
1 hour of cycling 5 days a week (minimum 5hrs)
Eating hours between 5pm-9pm

No pop
No alcohol
No weed
No more bingeing on junk during weekend
1 day to have a “free day” (Saturday or Sunday)
Chart weight on mfp every Wednesday
Measurements every 6 weeks

Hope I can see some results...

So I changed my maintenance to 1400 cause I just don’t believe 1600 is accurate. Seems like too much.

Gosh I’m on my other thread more than this one lol. I think I’m going to start posting screenshots from mfp so we’ll see how that goes. Anyways last week was pretty pathetic especially Saturday. And I started my tracking over cause I feel like I wasn’t being accurate enough so yeah. I’m going off of 1300 as maintenance.

So clearly ice cream is one of my favorites. Has been since I was a kid and my dad and I always would have it together. I’ll be fine and won’t eat it until my fiancé brings it up, and it’s started to kinda be our thing. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it. It’s just the thoughts after that I hate.
