I know, it’s super confusing idk what I was thinking lol. So I have my calories in, then it’s calories burned STRICTLY from biking or running on the treadmill. Then I take whatever my “workout” was and add to 1300 as my total out. I base it off of 1300 for unknown reasons honestly not sure why I chose that number. Then for the “total” chart, it shows how much I’m under or over 1300. So the last number at the bottom is the total under or over for the entire week. Idk if that makes sense, I have an odd way of thinking


I still don’t understand? but i have the same sw and you’re my gw right now so whatever youre doing, its working!

My heart is breaking so bad looking at pictures of my baby brother. I waited until I was almost a teenager to have a sibling, I was so miserable and so lonely, so jealous of everyone with siblings. Well I got him and now he wants nothing to do with me, he’s uninterested. He’s only 9 and only cares about my moms husband and his family. I feel like I’ve wasted so much on this when I could’ve spent it and enjoyed it with him and now he threw me away like everyone else. Man it hurts all I’ve ever wanted was someone and I lost the only one I really had

Hi, sorry to hear this. You can try and make some time to hang out with your little brother ; you can play video games with him for example. He's still very young so you can still fix your relationship with him.

Yesterday I took my brother to go visit my grandparents. We got there and the first thing my grandma said was “you’ve lost weight!” I just quit talking and froze lmao I had no idea what to say. She is the kindest lady I’ve ever met, and she’s always been the first to comment on my weight loss. It made me super excited when she noticed. The last time was a little before I reached my lw of 103, around 7 years ago? She told me I was losing weight twice, but the second time she told me not to be too skinny, it’s unhealthy, etc.

But then she sent me home with a loaf of homemade bread and raspberry jam so conflicted. Think I’ll slice it and toss it in the freezer so I can have a piece once I get a toaster.

I know you don’t see a difference but I definitely can! Especially in your waist. Your after/current is pretty much where I want to be. I’m around 130 right now and 5’3”.

Man I’m mad. My legs are still hurt and I can’t even walk for long periods anymore. This sucks I feel so worthless

I haven’t weighed in for a couple of days because I am worried what it will read. I’m thinking Wednesday I’ll step on the scale but we’ll see...really needing to get back into working out.

Yesterday we had a heart to heart. I think he listened to what I was saying so it felt like a relief. I hope he wasn’t just pretending but I guess only time will tell.

We were laying in bed and he was trying to count my ribs. At first he was like “just ribs” and was running his hand along them but when he started counting them I felt soo fat and just...squishy. Obviously he means well but. Then he asked how many times a day I log calories and look at old pictures (before and after) it’s like hmm good question. It’s just a habit

Today I biked for 45 minutes. Very low resistance and slow, but maybe if I carefully do it I’ll actually heal? Just as long as I don’t push too hard. Feels like it’s a very fine line though.
