Seems it’s possible to retain/build muscle and shave off a little bit of fat at the same time. It is however no walk in the park!

 it´s amazing how your ribs and abs are showing....some teenage guys could be proud of a body like yours...

update: my ribs start to show a little bit, but still left a lot of bellyfat. Seems my legs and arms loosing size and i loose more muscles than fat now.

it's weird to think that  rib checks aren't enough for me anymore, I feel really unhappy with how I look if I can't see my chestbones. idk on some level I know I"m skinny but not most levels I just see how much more I want to loose, blalabla all those cliches.   Anyway here's some checks bc it's been years since I've posted any.

wow....i know what you mean...i also want to see a lot more of my bones..... but for sure you win the ribchallenge...and also the hipbones and bikinibridgchallenge.... Maybe we should start an ribchallenge ;-)

Great pictures. Amazing how your ribs are showing and your thin waist. Sagging pants are perfect....the butt is melting away and the pants start to sag. Have this also lately...

i was underweight when i took that picture (finally underweight bmi) but i gained a little.

i told myself i'd be fine if i did gain some weight  but now i regret it and feel bad about it.... i want to be where i was when i took that picture :/

It's really pixelated because I have a shitty webcam but just pretend this is a HD image of me doing this lol.  This was like my big "ana goals"  moment and I always expected to be satisfied when I got there but I'm like nah. Reaching a goal just leads to setting a new lower goal yall know the drill.

I've been able to do it for a few weeks now but it was really tight at first, now my fingers go around easily and I'm starting to get a bit of wiggle room.

Np not inappropriate,   I don't really like sharing "tips" or whatever but I'm comfortable being honest about how/what I eat ofc. Basicly I've been doing high restricting, average 1400-1600 cals a day with a few days of going over my limit now and then. Usually like a weekend every two weeks of going over my limit,  or sometimes I binge for a day but I prefer to control / plan my cheat days instead of binging out of control. I'm also pretty active and walk a lot. I high restrict because it's more sustainable and because I need the brain power to focus on school and in order to sleep well and avoid spiralling out of control completely. Though sometimes I really can't help myself and end up going lower and lower, but usually I don't go under 1200 cals a day.
