love it how your ribs get showing and how thin your waist is....hope i will get there also myself soon....what is your hight and weight now? How much did you weigh before threatment? Any pictures to compare of before?

I’m 6’3 and 69.7 kg now my pre treatment weight was 55kg

-thigh gap of an inch

-ribs when stretching

-no more "flab"/minimal

-cheekbones

-spine

-shoulder blades when tensed

-shoulder blades

can´t see any progress...still so much fat on my belly, no ribs showing. But feel motivated to eat less and exercise more

Body looks ok this morning. :)

 

Still high restricting. Eating three meals a day and not snacking. 

 

Don’t do any exercise, you can probably tell from my arms.

My arms are actually my favourite part of my body. I know guys are supposed to want big arms, but I love my tiny arms.

My waist meawhile, I desperately want to be smaller. I want to be able to fit my hands around it.

Feel like I’ve made a lot of progress in the past 24 hours.

Fat has been dropping off my stomach. I don’t know what suddenly happened. Im eating the same.
