I haven't tried it, but I've heard a lot about it. I'd be willing to give it a go. Then again, I weirdly find fasting easier than eating?
Let me know how it goes!

It's basically consuming 700-1100 kcal a day. Of course you'd lose weight. But food is food, a deficit is a deficit. I wouldn't waste your money on food that you could make yourself and still get the same calorific deficit with.

Used to want to be thin. Now I just want to feel happy. EDs suck.
H: 1,68cm (5'5.5") CW: Never low enough BMI - see CW
HW: 52,9kg (117) - BMI 19,5 | LW: 33.8kg (?) - BMI 11,9

Ultimate goal? Well... Just being so fucking thin that even I can see it. Or living. One of the two. Please help me to figure out which one I should go for...

I did it and I'd say it is excellent. The only problem with it is the price.

Only Dutch people would come up with this shit. Sigh. Another fad diet.

I am on it, I am not buying anything, it is science based diet bringing same results as water fasting (10 year research) amazing. I am just counting calories 7-11 calories per kg of body weight which comes for me much lower than recommended 800 cals - half from carbs half from fat, minimum protein, no animal products, do it at least 5 days a week once per month of obese or cancer prone...amazing diet I think
